We’re safe from the tsunami 🩵

I've seen a lot of messages and comments about the tsunami.. thank you so much for the concern. Just to let you know, La Vagabonde is totally fine in Palau. It was definitely scary hearing the news, especially with Jai onboard while we're over in Indonesia this month for some land time. But all is well, and we really appreciate you thinking of us! x

That's good to hear. Are there plans in place for such an event? If you're away and only one or two crew on board, the safest thing would be to sail her to deep water quickly.
My Husband cracked up when we heard the news on BBC1 about the Tsunami as my immediate response was OMG I hope Elayna and Riley aren't anywhere in the area of the sea where this is effected! 😂😂 but jokes aside I am relieved to hear you are all safe 🫶

Yep! Aloha, dodged a bullet here on Maui but man oh man the warnings on 3 phones and Ipads and Coastal constant sirens! We are very close to beach but high elevation so very safe. Maui sustained zero damage or loss of life Mayor just reported. So grateful. Happy Jai and LV3 Mango is AOK. Back to vaca for you! 🌺🌺🤙🏼🤙🏼😘😘🌊🌊😎😎
