Starlight Complex | Build Download
Welcome to The Starlight Complex, the newest addition to Starlight Boulevard in Del Sol Valley.
This luxury mixed-use development features a modern apartment building with four individual rental units. Each unit offers practical, open plan living within a clean, updated interior.
Adjacent to the apartments is a street facing café, positioned to attract both locals and visitors along the boulevard. An additional private apartment sits above the café, ideal for an owner operator or tenant seeking proximity to their business.
Located in the heart of Del Sol Valley, The Starlight Complex provides flexible living arrangements for aspiring actors, entertainers, and small business owners looking to establish themselves in one of the city’s most visible neighbourhoods.
