The Chronicle of The All: a legacy KSS lore series

I wanted to start sharing a piece of older KSS lore that sits more in the roots of the project than in current hard canon.

The Chronicle of The All is a legacy narrative from the KSS1 era. It was originally meant to give a bigger mythological framework to a lot of the stranger ideas floating around early KSS: ancient creators, lost precursor civilizations, cosmic cycles, forgotten histories and the sense that the universe had seen all this before.

It’s important to say this clearly: KSS2 does not directly follow this story as strict canon.

But a lot of the tone and underlying themes still come from it.

So I’m not posting this as “the definitive lore of KSS2,” but more as an archive of the older foundation beneath it. A kind of mythic backbone that helped shape the project.

I’ll be posting it here in parts, with some context and commentary along the way.
