Originally created to host a talented SBA player and his model wife, it is now ready to recieve a new special baby! This luxurious penthouse includes a full basketball court and a full gym, so your sim can stay fit all year along! Hope you have fun ♡

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

There are two possible ways:

• Search on the gallery for thesimsideofluca and download the lot (remember to activate CC, else you will not be able to see it).

• Another way is downloading the tray files you find at the end of this document and placing them in your 'Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray' folder. You will now see them in your own library (remember to activate CC, else you will not be able to see it).

HOW TO PLACE THE BUILD

As you probably know, apartments cannot be uploaded as a single lot, so you will find a total of 6 rooms divided by floor (reason why: anytime i tried to do only 3 rooms, things would get deleted 💀).

Once you place them down, do not close the rooms by dragging the wall to the closest one, but use the wall tool and draw the 1 tile missing (else, the wallpapers get messed up for some reason and they turn inside out lmao).

I included a tutorial to place the stairs as you will have to do it yourself, the video is at the end of the pictures at the top of this post! (could take a few seconds to load!)

Finally, delete the windows before/after placing the rooms, they will be duplicated!

So sorry for all the hustle, trust me I wouldn't want to do it this way but hey, Sims!

At the end of the images at the top, you can find the map of the house so you don't get lost!
