This is going up later than I would have liked, but at least it is now up! This was sort of a chaotic month. But I did manage to make what I think is my prettiest dress ever. And I made major progress on the no-longer-valentines-day-valentines-day-project, which I'm hoping to post a video about prior to the Met Gala.
...The Met Gala is on Monday. Like, in two days. So I'm going to get back to editing that video.
And once I get that video done, then I will think about what I actually want to accomplish in May lol!

I can't wait to see the Easter dress video - it came out so pretty! And the met gala dress is stunning, love the red. I agree with Alexa, goal setting can be tricky but I hope your patrons can give you some confidence to try something new and see how it turns out.

You've inspired me to go an get embroidered lace to fussy cut and appliqué over an evening gown I'm making for a wedding I'm attending this month. I wanted to thank you because I don't think that I would have ever thought of that without seeing several of your designs and your process juzhing up gowns with appliqué, sequins and beads. You look so envigorated and ready to take on your projects - it can be hard to know what to do with filimg and making. As you say putting something more concrete down creates structure but also the pressure to get it done. Go more freeform and you can loose momentum; it's a hard balance to strike - but those projects sound amazing and it's given me the kick up the rear I need.

Girl you're batting 3000 (very good), if you do a ton in may and want to save the footage for June, July, August etc and take a vacay, you should! Think of it as having pre-prepped, for when you need down time 🧡 your creations are incredible
i often say i need a clone, or....i wish i was an octopus to complete everything i need to do on any given day. Dont worry about falling behind your schedule, just dont give up on it.....you know what they say.....slow and steady...... I love your updates, it just give me more inspiration for things i want to try....
