Chapter 6 - Progress update #10

Two more milestones have been reached. The game now has over 20,000 renders and over 230,000 words in total.

Next Friday will also mark the two-year anniversary since the game has been released. Unfortunately, I won't have time to prepare a special post this time due to my new job, but I'll at least share some numbers in the next progress report, and provide a sneak peek of my schedule for the final four chapters of the game.

I think I'll only have preview images for one or two more weeks at most. The remaining scenes are a surprise scene and the beginning of the chapter, which understandably I won't show much of.

The static renders should be finished by the third week of November. However, I want to extend one scene slightly, so this estimate may change by one week. After that, I'll have one more week for editing, mostly for the music and sound effects. Then the chapter will go to external playtesting and proofreading.

The code logic is slightly more complex in this chapter, so I'm not sure how long the testing will take. Since my new job only allows me to release new chapters on Saturdays, I think the release date will be the 12th December at the earliest. At the latest, it will be released on the 19th. I'll annouce the offical date probably at the end of October.
