Jim and Chris would be annoyed at each other. Chris, as per usual, being the main aggressor. Jim would be able to interact with him, but would pretend to not see/hear him. Like in that "oh well, not gonna ruin my day" yu yu hakusho meme. Jim and Alistair would just not interact if they didn't have to. In a two beautiful blonde ships passing each other in the night kind of way. And they're both fine with that. Jim and Sky could become friends. At that point, Jim would be desperately grateful to make a friend and become very protective of said friend. (Resource guarding...) Sky would totally be the kind of extrovert that adopts an introvert.
