Test version for crash on load

I received reports of problems when opening Virtual Steward, apparently it's related to replays or cars data, this is a test version, don't download it unless you are encountering the problem.

Honestly it was already quite robust, I added the last possible safeguard to that part but maybe the problem lays somewhere else. I addedd two options in the settings, disabled by default, to load the replays and the cars data.

Just copy the exe into the VS folder and run it. If it starts, set the correct folders in the settings and check the "Load cars data on start". Hopefully it will not crash and you should see the offending car in the cars list, in the server tab.
