Here is a Q&A she did with Fans at her London Show. It will give you a very very good idea of the sort of woman she is, and exactly how smart she is also. https://youtube.com/shorts/41yVfYLLHBA?si=3SzBGo0HERZ5Uyde

Oh I forgot here is one my favorite pieces by here which really shows how big her range is. "Muse". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1X6Tna5Z9o And to answer one of your statements in the review, yes she bakes random sounds and noises into her tracks. Almost every one has something buried in it. Though as in the case of muse the sound of buzzing flies is pretty obvious.

Not the first time you've heard her. I had you play one of her pieces on the very first live stream request broadcast you did two years back. You found her very interesting and hoped to follow up and listen to more of her then, but life of course happened. This might jog your memory. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMwfFk64H7c I've seen her live once, and she is a very dynamic performer and highly skilled across the various types of performance from her vocals to playing, She produces a very very artistic style of music, that is often very provocative and does not shy away from the controversial. She has opened for Florence on some of her tour dates in the US as QM says. And also Taylor Swift And Melanie Martinez, Everyone of her pieces is unique, though of a piece in style. She has never performed anything but her originals in public, never offering a cover, though she says she sings Queen and ABBA with her friends for fun. She is a prodigy as you assumed. She's one that has charted her own path 100% and has been doing so for several years now., not compromising on what she considers her Art. She's managed to avoid being troubled by a major label. Mostly because none of then have a clue as to what they can do with her. She has an amazingly powerful voice, with a distinct deep timber to it. And she can belt like nothing you've seen, though it's rare. She's become an underground darling, and is slowly building a fan base. She is very very much in the school of 'performance art' and is exceptional at it. Her videos are almost always disturbing in the way they use visual elements. She is unafraid to do just about anything in pursuit of her art. Here she is at 14 playing violin. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wrtrH6EEqU Here is her doing "Everybody Supports Women" which has been covered by many people, and continues the same themes as Doll People in some ways. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUFEhqn810M Here is one of her most recent pieces that is gaining some traction, "The Chicken is Naked and Afraid" It's difficult to describe, but the pure design of it is amazing, in how the music track is hooky all on its own even before she starts to sing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FHNdXyvFNlc She's well worth covering, and she will always surprise you with each new release. They are almost all unique. If you get a chance to see her live do so. The level of Charisma she projects in person is insane. The show I saw reminded me very much of the pure experimental music that was being done in the 80's and 90's that I often saw in person. One is never quite sure if you are part of the audience or part of the show with her.

I love her so much and Im glad that I kept requesting her! She portrays such a raw, unfiltered picture of female rage so artisticly. I put some more of her into the recs so hopefully you get to hear more of her soon

I have been waiting for this! Sofia is remarkable and she is impossible to ignore. I found her way back through Ren actually. I believe she has opened for Florence on her recent tour in the US.
