I really love this song. Ceci has such a beautiful voice and her music is wonderful.
The core of this piece is that it is 100% cecilia. It might not be as refined or perfect vocals but it is her first major song, that she put all her heart into and that shows a lot of herself. (composing, lyrics) About CC: She is a german that has a german and a french parent, she is bilingual. She herself has tried many vastly different jobs and moved a lot, lived in norway for a while. She is very curious and interested in many things and tries them, but at the same time struggles with the desire for perfection. Which makes Hololive a great fit for her because she can aim for great heights in different fields and has many multi talented peers that she can bounce off. Violin: She has participated in multiple concours and played some parts in small orchestras etc, but has not had any absolute major achievements and nowadays is not that focussed on the violin anymore. She also uses piano a lot for songwriting and many other instruments. Her Violin skills are a major niche in hololive and she uses it her and there (First stream, 3d debut, concerts, 3d lives) PS: This is her first song you react to and she doesnt have that many songs yet. I think you are mixing her up with the Hololive JP talent "Aki Rosenthal" who did the fantasy language elvish like belly dancing song "Shallys" many years ago. Cecilia has covered that at 3d lives with violin parts. If you want to react to more of her the german vocaloid cover "lagtrain" is probably best, or parts of her 3d debut. Other notable mentions one or two live karaoke songs she did. for example "I Talk to the Rain" ft. Nerissa & Elizabeth, where their parts were quickly prerecored and sent to her and then she performed the violin on stream for it I think.

Also a small amount of forbidden knowledge. Before she joined Hololive. She did a vtuber talent show and played some songs on her violin and made the vtuber judges cry with how beautiful it was.

One more note - that instrument in the background is a viola, not a sax (the mix is really saturated so I can see how you'd hear it as a sax). It wouldn't be important to point out except that Cece plays the violin, it's her main instrument, so having a string solo there is kind of a personal connection. This song is a really rare example of a self-composed, self-produced song in Hololive. Most hololive members work with external producers to compose their music but Cece wanted to flex her musical muscles and I think it turned out so beautifully. Cecilia is a very passionate person, and I think that comes through in the song.
She is incredibly talented instrumentally and knows how to play a lot of instruments well, especially the violin. They incorporated the violin into her 3D model and she used it on her 3D live debut stream and during the concerts.
It's wild to hear you go into all the instruments and then remember she composed this all herself. Had help with the mixing but still very impressive.
