Hoshimachi Suisei- 'Moonshot' 月に向かって撃て / 星街すいせい(official) Song & Vocal Analysis

This might've already been mentioned at this point, but just in case, vtuber's usually have a theme/persona going about them as their character, so for example IronMouse is supposed to be a demon queen/Satan herself, Mori Calliope is personified as Death/Death's apprentice etc. Hoshimachi Suisei overlaying theme/lore is that she's a shooting star or a comet, hence why there's many references to being a star in her song, as it's a double meaning to her persona as a VTuber but also her rise as a star in the idol/j-pop industry. For this specific song, and especially the MV, it's all to do with her being that star from outer space and helping these aliens get back to the moon after crashing to Earth.

Suisei often does very cool animation, of all kinds. If you want to check out some classic 2D drawn animation alongside excellent music and singing, you should watch Houshou Marine's Dead Ma'am's Chest or Shinkiro (this is city pop, so something new for your vtuber journey).

I am glad you had fun with this. Yeah her vocal jumps in this are amazing and there is so many. The composition is also wild, it really gets the heart pumpin at the start to get you hyped up! Look forward to more :D
