Ugh UPDATE: Soo…. I’m home early from my knee surgery…. because it didn’t happen. The doctor picked a different facility that wasn’t covered by my insurance so we had to cancel. Welcome to America. Back to the drawing board. Thank you so much for the well wishes everyone, we are going to push back to a later time.

Either way, I hope you have a successful surgery and speedy recovery when it happens! I'm sorry it was pushed back, it must be so hard to plan things around, but your health comes first no matter what! Hope you're hanging in there, take care!

Ugh, you move things around to fit their schedule and they’re like “oops.” Thanks, doc. Best of luck with your surgery and wishing you an easy, breezy recovery. And don’t skip physical therapy, even if you feel fine! (man, I just sounded like my auntie.) :o
So sorry to hear about the medical mixup :( I have horror stories trying to get my partner (a veteran) care through the VA - constant scheduling issues, lost paperwork, staffing gaps. All you can do is your best in the human meat grinder that is American healthcare. I hope take 2 goes more smoothly for you.
