Apparently, "completely unplanned" is becoming a recurring theme with my releases :D
This one happened because I've recently been taking a course on creating a Victorian costume from scratch, based around recreating one of the outfits from Lies of P.
It's especially fun for me because I've actually ported that exact outfit before, so I know it almost embarrassingly well by now 😅 Watching someone break it down and rebuild it from scratch has been genuinely fascinating.
The first part of the course focused on Marvelous Designer. I've used MD plenty of times before, but mostly on a fairly basic level, so there were a lot of little workflow things I simply didn't know.
Naturally, once I learned them, I immediately wanted to try everything myself while it was still fresh in my head.
And... well. Here we are. Another outfit that absolutely did not exist in my plans ^^
I'm really happy with how it turned out, but more importantly, I had a lot of fun making it and felt much more confident working in MD this time.
I've been putting more time into courses and tutorials lately because I don't really want to stop at what I already know. There are still plenty of things I want to improve, practice and understand better. I just want to keep learning and growing with every project.
Also, somehow there are 26k of you here now, which still feels a little unreal. Thank you for sticking around, supporting what I make, and giving all these completely unplanned projects somewhere to go 🥰💗
