All things considered the Leopoldites are the least bad option, namely because they don’t answer to the capitalist worm. I can’t help but wondering if Big D was sabotaging the negotiations intentionally. Considering the menagerie of crazy or evil present in the coalition negotiating directly with the Garou also seems like a sane option in comparison even if it isn’t brought up here. They could always send them lord fatigue’s audio records as a starting point to convince the Garou to talk.

I feel like Lord Blacklaw should be paying out the ass, Markus only got taken because he put himself in harm’s way to save Brock Blacklaw’s life, If you think about it properly the Blacklaw clan owes him a a serious life-debt.
The absolutely infuriating thing about this is something that I think Wernon was trying to convey with his recordings. The members of the coalition ultimately serves some of the greatest evils in the setting, and tying themselves to them, for the sake of what seems to be the killing of misguided and poorly directed garou.
No kidding. I legit hope Matilda and her group somehow end up joining forces with D and family. If anything, hearing how Door and Boy took down a wyrm-related minion might cause the garou to at least suspend hostility with the arcanum ideally.
By coincidence, today I watched Brazil for the first time.
Seldom have I been so entertained by people sitting around a table and talking. The Not! Ultramarines in the peanut gallery were goddamn hilarious.

I wont be suprised if it turns out Matilda Wilde the warewolf is a black spiral dancer whos main goal was to force them to the table. How are they supposed to be better than the evil they claim to protect you from, they will only help if they can enslave you in return, at least a blood bond makes you enjoy it. In a story about vampires and worm monsters, yall have somehow written these (mostly) human characters to be some of the most monstrous and evil. No wonder the World of Darkness is so bleak if these are some of the people who task themselves with opposing the supernatural: They'll either do more harm than good, or they'd cut a deal with the Nephandi if it saw their stocks rise year-over-year.
