Big Italian Family Villa | The Sims 4 Speed Build | Tartosa The Old Wood Nectary | Early Access

Welcome back everyone! 🌞 Today I’m sharing a Big Italian Family House built in the beautiful world of Tartosa. This three-story home features a charming pink exterior with green shutters, plenty of bedrooms for large families, and spacious interiors designed for comfort and elegance.

The highlight of this build is its grand, classic Italian gardens, filled with greenery and perfect for gatherings or peaceful strolls. Inspired by the rustic charm of the old nectaries, this house combines tradition with warmth — making it an ideal family retreat.

I hope you enjoy this build as much as I loved creating it! 💛 ✨

Do you want your dream home in The Sims 4? I also build commissioned houses — so if you’d like me to bring your ideas to life, feel free to contact me! 🏡💌🌸

This build will be publicly available in 2–3 weeks

I love your builds they are beautiful! I just wanted to ask why some of your builds are .zip and others are .rar?

LZ · March 9, 2026

Love this build! But I think the Sooky88 Landscape Mural Wallpapers CC is missing from the CC list :)

Bren Markham · January 23, 2026

I can not find the windows and doors for this build! I have been searching and redownloading, but can't figure it out. Do you happen to know which mod has the windows?

Sue Buildings · January 23, 2026

Hi! I used the windows and doors from Felixandre’s Florence series in this build. I just double-checked the CC list and they’re listed there. Could you please make sure you have these CCs installed? 🤍
