it's so cute and cozy! I got some moola this week as a gift and instantly, INSTANTLY, bought a pack you've made and it immediately made my game prettier. then I went on a little ingame VALIA-tour and showed my fiancé how every favourite piece of furniture is by you haha, ended it with "oh look, and now she's going to sleep in her VALIA-bed!" haha. you're crazy talented and I'm so excited for the upcoming sunroom set! <3

i wish that there was a way to buy it without going through EA, i would love for you to get paid for your beautiful work but cant support them

Ugh. Marketplace. Bummer.

This set is beautiful and I wish I could download it as many others wish. I will say though, what's also beautiful here is the sims 4 community taking a stand against EA's insatiable greed and refusing to turn a blind eye to how disturbing the new owners of the sims 4 are just because we want something as amazing as this bedroom set. These companies can only do what we allow them to do. They're chasing profits, the money in our pocket, we don't have to give it to them. As much as people may believe it's no big deal to just hand over money to EA, the fact that they sell us broken packs and have left the game as broken as it is now says otherwise. They keep doing it because people keep buying it. We're actively giving up leverage we could use to get better packs and a better functioning game or even have stopped that deal with the Saudi's from going through had more gamers from all EA games stood up and said no and kept the money in their pockets. But they know a large enough group of gamers are complacent, and will allow themselves to be taken advantage of if you give them something shiny enough to want to buy. We have to be better than that, and I'm happy to see so many people here realize that too.

It's actually a great price. Over the last few weeks I've been seeing the maker packs get bigger and bigger, some have upwards of 50 items. And this set seems have quite a bit of items as well so I don't know if EA contacted the creators and said to start putting more stuff in the packs, or put more stuff in and keep the price reasonable or what, but I like the direction the marketplace is heading if more creators are going to continue putting more items in the packs.. because then it makes it worth it for the price. rather than getting eight items for 400 or 600 moolah..not worth it in my mind, for any creator

I bought it, and I’m very happy to support you here too. I completely support your decision to create for the Marketplace as well. I don’t think every personal or professional decision needs to become a moral debate, especially when that debate ends up putting someone else’s choices under scrutiny and making them feel judged or guilty for doing what they feel is right for themselves. And since I’ve seen people saying they “don’t feel comfortable” supporting creators who choose to work with the Marketplace, I just wanted to say the opposite: I feel very comfortable supporting creators who are strong enough to make their own choices, follow their own path, and not allow other people’s opinions to dictate what they should or shouldn’t do. I really admire people who can separate things, stay true to themselves, and not let unnecessary comments or outside pressure shake their decisions. You put your time, creativity and work into what you make, and you absolutely deserve to decide where and how you want to share it. ❤️

I agree with the sentiment that it sucks this is going to the marketplace. With the sale having gone through, I cannot ethically justify purchasing anything from them anymore. I do hope that marketplace creators second think their decision to partner with EA
