WOTM: A Brain Dead Christian Faith (#redundant)
I've been meaning to make this video for years now. When my buddy, Paulogia, started making videos about the resurrection, apologists felt the need to respond. And of course, Low Bar Bill, Christian excusegist ordinaire, William Lane Craig, was one of the first. And he was not kind at all. This is my attempt to return the favor. And it's got a nice little homage at the end!
Thanks again, gang! To be clear, you can't all bring your laundry at once. You're gonna have to work that out amongst yourselves — who goes first, etc... But I'm here to get it done for you. Enjoy!!! B

Good sir - I binge watched this most recent batch of episodes. Loved the : gluons/pasties, the tower of babel and the talking donkey in the Whitehouse!!!! You never cease to delight my senses of sarcasm and irony!
Low bar Billy is the quintessential pot calling kettle black. Any faith, any belief in anything without concrete empirical evidence to back it up is brain dead… or at least brainwashed.
THANK YOU, Bri-Bri! Every time i’ve heard LBB’s “critique” of Paul’s deconversion story, i’ve thought the same thing that surely everyone has: “Geez, what a pompous dick!” To talk somebody down like that, for being so “brain-dead“ as to… believe the things he was taught in church and at home… But i also always felt that there was something else in his comments that i couldn’t put my finger on. And you finally nailed it for me: “brain-dead Xian faith“ is so flagrantly redundant, you might as well say “warm heat”. We all HAD TO turn off or ignore our brains in order to maintain what we’d been taught was an important belief system. We didn’t get smarter when we realized we were atheists. But we did have to start LISTENING TO our “god-given” smart-meats in order to have a chance of coming to that realization.
Exactly! I wasn't an idiot when I was religious. I was simply indoctrinated.
