Hide Everything BUT Headline Effects (Shader Toggler update)

As the title says, I've updated my Shader Toggler setting to allow you to hide the UIs while keeping the headline effects on for your storytelling needs :-)

If this is your first time using the Shader Toggler addon, please read this post on how to install it.

This requires the Shader Toggler addon for Reshade and the updated file is only available for the DX11 version of the file/game.
