Ukraine Is Shooting Fish in a Barrel || Sept 1, 2026
Ukraine has created a system to determine which ships belong to the shadow fleet and which belong to major companies. By sourcing ship identities, transponder data, routes, and ports from these companies, Ukraine can strike unidentified vessels with high confidence.
The result? Roughly 200 shadow fleet vessels have been attacked around the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov. Even if the Russians can replace the downed ships, storage capacity will be overwhelmed by damaged vessels and disrupted ports.

lol 😂 Ukraine getting obliterated daily
Professor Molchanov?
Stories like this just warm the cockles of my heart. This, and a good cup of coffee, and I'm set for the day.
Black sea and sea of azov is Ukrainian territory. Strait of Hormuz is US territory. It does seem like the good guys are winning...
"Strait of Hormuz is US territory "? Not sure the Iranians would agree as it's a long way from being back open.
Oh look! When good guys cooperate, the wise guys can't function. Who knew?!?!
Now we just need the shadow fleet stopped in the north and we'll finally turn off the tap for Russian income funding a war loaded with war crimes. Slava Ukraine.
It all comes down to time…
That was good.
Brilliant, I would say :)
Question: How have Chinese prospects for long term survival changed since they are building out their green energy production so quickly?
For all the promotion of EV in China, 90.9% of all vehicles on the roads are still using internal combustion engines. As for power in general, nuclear, wind, solar, and hydro account for 18% total generation, with coal covering about 58% still.
If the shippers aren't accepting grain, that usually means (in North America, at least) that the farmers aren't being paid for their grain. Plus, farmers aren't set up to actually store their harvest, and usually have to resort to big piles covered with plastic sheeting, which isn't ideal.
