24 Maple Drive

"I love this house. I love that I taught my kids to ride their bikes in the driveway. I love that I slept with them in tents in the backyard." - George Banks (Father of the Bride, 1991)

24 Maple Drive, is a dreamy, quaint suburban home that sits on the 40x30 ‘13 Acacia Avenue’ lot in San Sequoia. The entire house was heavily based on the ‘Father of the Bride’ (1991) house from the classic movie. The architecture and design boasts of Nancy Meyers aesthetic and invites the guest into a warm, comforting, pastel home.

This build is perfect for a family that just moved to the suburbs, an author, or a grandmother/in–laws house.

Due to popular demand, I decided to share the build fully furnished! However, fair warning, there is A LOT of cc.

This was actually the first addition to my full San Sequoia save file! Watch out for the entire save video on my new sims 4 Youtube channel, @santalbearsims.

As always, thank you so much for the support.

all love,
