sneak peak?
hello gamers!
just brainstorming some ideas for content. current plan is to finish wandavision, then watch these marvel movies:
doctor strange
black widow
guardians 3
shang chi
then loki season 2
after these, i’d maybe like to watch the OG x-men, logan, and then deadpool 2 and deadpool and wolverine.
also planning on finishing expedition 33 and gta va on youtube soon, to then play gta iv before gta vi comes out in november!
for music, planning on listening to a couple more pink floyd albums, then maybe a little more from the 60s-70s.
other random things i’m curious about and have never seen: digital circus, hazbin hotel, epic the musical, naruto, vinland saga…
let me know your thoughts or if i’m missing anything huge! :) i have done SO much marvel in the last 6-12 months, i don’t really want to embark on another million marvel shows to avoid burnout! 🫡

This is a fantastic list, only thing I'd like to say is that you take your sweet time. If you try to rush or push yourself to the absolute limits to do all this stuff on top of the day job that you have, this would easily become an unhealthy amount of extracurricular activity and a massive time commitment for you. Health is wealth. Do as much as you can, when you can. Your loyal community will always be here for you. Take a breather when you need to. This ain't a race.
I'm late to the party. If you haven't seen A Silent Voice, it's worth a watch for people who like to watch movies that make them cry 😅
i would recommend after black widow hawkeye
Michael Bay Transformers movies!
I really think you'd enjoy Bohemian Rhapsody
I suggest Ready Player One, Alita Battle Angel, Now you see me, The Equalizer
You missed 'What if' series in your list, better to watch it before 'Dr Strange multiverse of madness', you will get the reference of character Captain Carter.
You have an unending list of things to watch and play , i would love to see your reactions to 1980's "Hair Bands" like White Snake and Cinderella, ahaha Cinderalia
yeah, antman3 before loki 2 is kinda a deal. Post credit scenes and all.
Love your channel and just joined your Patrion. Wanted to let you know i wrote a song to thank you for your service, If you want hear it i could post the you tube link. Or if you want me to take it down just say so.
E's "Logan" reaction will be...... interesting. 😈
Blade trilogy before deadpool and wolverine
A lot of people are recommending the Daredevil series. I will also throw my recommendation behind that one! And yeah, Marvel fatigue is a real thing that tends to creep up around the point you're at right now. But Daredevil, in a lot of ways, doesn't really feel like typical MCU, and honestly that's one of the reasons why it's so good. 100% the best show Marvel has made. BUT! Don't let anyone pressure you into it right away, especially if you want to check out other things besides Marvel for a while. You should definitely put on your list at some point though.
If you continue in Marvel, you can't forget about Fantastic 4 (2005), otherwise I approve of your line up 👍
If you are looking for something a little different to avoid Marvel fatigue, watch the Dark Knight trilogy. Yes, it's still "super-heroes" but it's really not...
Play the insomniac Spider-Man games
Pink Floyd The Wall movie ❤️ Or just the album first... it's a trip either way. MCU... I gotta be honest,... You're already neck deep into it and obviously loving it all.. Defenders series 💯 Mutants aka X-men Inhumans A very long series.... AOS... It followed the timeline... Take your time, MCU is it's own universe literally. 😆
You should literally do exactly this and avoid almost everything else , maybe watch thunderbolts and fantastic 4 before Doomsday since the MCU doesn’t connect stories or characters anymore
Once you start your anime journey, you have to consider watching Attack on Titan and Jujutsu Kaisen as well!
I like this plan.
I'm all for the journey wherever it leads you, though I hope you cover a bit more from Ren at some point. The Tales of Jenny and Screech, Violet, and Vincent, are some of the best in terms of storytelling and creativity. He's very theatrical as seen from "Hi Ren" but it's really just scratching the surface. The Money Game trilogy is also frickin amazing, but there's a whole rabbit hole to fall down, if you go through his back catalogue. One of my favourite Ren songs is Dominoes but courtesy warning, you'll need some tissues if you react to it.
Honestly if you do anything other than marvel, I still want to see you finish Pirates of the Caribbean and also John Wick films 🎥 my personal top 2 collections!
Loving ALL the content, watching all the marvel movies/shows along with you again and listening to the various music and albums. Something that was just as impactful to me as some of the Pink Floyd Lyrics will always be some of the albums by Black Sabbath and later just Ozzy Osbourne. Classic Rock songs like Crazy Train, Mama I'm Coming Home, and Iron Man are just *Chef's Kiss* Even some of the most recent stuff these last few years before he passed I found absolutely great. Some colab's with Post Malone even that I thought i would immediately dismiss and I find are now on my fave playlists in the car. RIP Ozzy o7
I too would recommend holding off on Loki season 2, as a lot of marvel content came out in between the two seasons that helps with context. Also, this is way far off at this point, but when you start with the OG X-Men movies, I hope you don't end up skipping any, like you didn't for the main MCU, but more importantly, make sure that when you get to Days of Future Past, you watch the extended "Rogue Cut." Just something to keep in the back of your mind.
If you enjoyed BG3 medieval set and the pace of RDR2 and want to do something completely different to avoid a burnout of marvel. You'll love Kingdome Come Deliverance 2. You don't need to play the 1st to understand this sequel, is set in the Kingdom of Bohemia (modern-day Czech Republic) and they curse KUR*A! a lot!
The marvel tv shows that Netflix created are so different from the MCU. They are intense but it would be a shame if you watched all of this marvel content and didn’t get to see any of those. I guess you could get to those after taking a long break from Marvel period. I would totally understand that. Definitely watch them at some point in your life! (Daredevil, Punisher, Jessica Jones is what I’m referring to 😊) You’re awesome keep doing what you do best
Im surprised ive not seen any, forgive my ignorance if people have suggested it, but i would really love to see you react to Arcane, if you havent watched that show yet!! Its on Netflix and honestly one of the best shows ive ever watched, and i dont like the game the universe is based on!
i'd say make sure to watch blade 1 and 2 and daredevil film oh and the fantastic four 2005 and FF the rise of the silver surfer 2007 movies too before DP and Wolverine
Have you seen obsession yet?!
If you don't watch the first X-Men movie, you won't know who a character is in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse. just a FYI, Black Widow takes place right after Captain America Civil War.
You know you can always space out the superhero content a bit xd one week something marvel and then one week some good movie. That way you'll also get more mileage out of it :). I love Marvel but some alternation could be nice for the mind. P.S. next winter, you gotta watch The Harry Potter 20th anniversary: Return to Hogwarts. It's so amazing and cozy.
I mean the Marvel Movies came out over a decade you speed ran it so you should give yourself breaks throw something else in the mix, Easy to burnout...besides there's plenty of wonderful stuff out there
You have to watch Hawkeye tho girll like it’s too goodddd
I suggest watching the TV show "Hawkeye" right after "Blackwidow" as it tracks that character right after her death adding important context to the MCU as well as introducing new characters that will be important later on... Also you will find it important to backtrack into the pre-MCU movies before going much further... "Daredevil (2003)", "Electra", "Blade", "Fantastic Four (2005)" and the "X-Men" movies these will all add important context as you go along...
I think Shang chi is before guardians three
to pimp a butterfly album reaction would be cinema
The movie plan looks perfect. I think you should watch every one of those movies you mentioned as for games. I think you should try to hop into Spider-Man. I think you’d love those games and Batman would be fun to see. Watch the Tim Burton Batman movies the Matt Reeves Batman movie and of course the Christopher Nolan trilogy would be amazing. Also as for anime, Naruto would be dope, but that’s a very long series. I would recommend solo leveling short and sweet and I think you’d like it.
You don’t have to do just Marvel. There’s DC. There are various movie genres to see incredible movies. Whatever you decide, keep sprinkling in your music and talk videos!
When you eventually get to Thunderbolts. That one is needs a show before it, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
I don't know if you've ever been into anime at all, been wanting to ask, because there's this show "Frieren: beyond journeys end". I think it'd be something you would enjoy very much. Because you're the kind of person that it would hit so hard with, in the best way possible. It currently has two seasons, it has a coming third one next year though. It's also a really beautiful and well made show, so much that if one is not much for watching in japanese with subtitles, it is very well voiced and acted in english as well, so one can really enjoy the show and really look at the beauty of the animation
SOMEday, when burnout is a distant concern, I would suggest Moon Knight if you like Oscar Isaac and don't mind a trippy mind-**** of a show. It doesn't even feel like Marvel, really.
(Also, not looking to add to your current plate, but on the "Eventually Check This Out [ECTO]" list, season one of Jessica Jones, though it gets a bit traumatic in parts.)
That is a perfect, robust lineup and covers a LOT of MCU ground. You're gonna hear a TON of "what about this, that, and the other, don't they matter?!" But we know you're just one person who also works full time and wants to do other things too, and burnout is definitely a thing, so I think setting yourself a limit is a smart, reasonable thing. Also, it's not like those other MCU titles are disappearing if you don't get to them soon. Thank you for all you do, and hope you have a good holiday weekend!
Damn if you watched naruto i might simp for you forever 😂😂😂
dont rush the MCU, dont burn out - maybe a Marvel break for a month? With the Marvel series , there are hit and miss. for me - i loved Miss Marvel series and The Marveles are one of my Favorit Movies.
If you need a break from all things marvel, may I suggest Jim Henson's masterpiece, The Dark Crystal (1982).
I know we're months out, but Werewolf By Night would be really fun for Halloween. It is MCU, but so disconnected that you can really do it at any point, so might as well do it for Halloween since it's basically a one longer episode of TV
I still like to think that takes place in the Nightmare area Mobius talks about in season 1 episode 1, hence why all of the "armed guards" in Werewolf look like TVA agents/have the same kind of weapons
Can I suggest more Pirates of the Caribbean? Assuming you did enjoy the first one enough. I would suggest at least the 2nd and 3rd to finish off the OG trilogy ☺️
Maybe Thunderbolts? That might require you to watch the webseries 'falcon and the winter soldier'
oh, you should watch the guardians holiday special before guardians 3.
oh man. Looking forward to Logan
I would highly recommend Daredevil seasons 1-3 and Daredevil Born Again. Its alot, but its damn good TV. Also, for non-marvel movies, I would suggest The Nice Guys, Bullet Train, or the RDJ Sherlock Holmes movies. For video games, Insomniac Spider-man! or 007 First Light!
Knowing how you like animation, you would love the "What if...?" Marvel Animated series. It's basically a bunch of multiverse storylines, but they all tie together well and build up from season to season and get even better. And if you like this you can watch marvel zombies, like... What if the Avengers became zombies?!? (Spoiler: It's not good, very bad) But you have to watch the what off forest before the follow up movie which is just an extension of one of the more popular episodes.

"Pride, Prejudice & Zombies" "Mr. Right" "Zombieland 1 & 2" "Free Guy" "Borderlands" "Mad Max Furiosa" "The Adam Project"
I think this is a solid plan. Antman 3 is definitely missing on your list and like the others said important for continuity. Eternals might be cool to see too. TV show wise, Falcon&Wintersoldier is important for continuity but the movies that build on this show come way later and are not on your list yet, so you definitely can postpone that. Everything else, even though some is really good and cool, could be skipped. Same with your X-men plan. What you picked seems fine. There are more movies/show of them that give you more insight, but since you want to watch something else than superheroes at some point, I think its sufficient. Overall Im a Marvel fan and love your reactions to those movies/series, but I am definitely wondering when you get burned out from it because to be fair us Marvel fans can be pretty demanding. So I support your choice. Sometimes less is more. (And nobody says you dont sprinkle in some of the other movies in the future.) Im definitely happy to watch other stuff with you too. Im still suggesting Blade for Halloween season. Technically a Marvel movie even, which saved Marvel from money problems and paved the way for things like Ironman. (Spiderman movie rights belong to Sony)
Maybe some non-Marvel movies? The Equalizer. The other John Wick movies. Perhaps classics like Casablanca if you haven’t seen them. For games, maybe LA Noire or Dispatch?
This is JayF from the Discord (your big Pink Floyd fan) Music - Supertramp "Breakfast in America" - one of the best selling albums of all time. Contains numerous radio hits like, "The Logical Song", "Goodbye Stranger", "Take the Long Way Home". Was released in 1979. Highly recommended. Yes - progressive rock band that peaked in the 70s and 80s. Their biggest hit was "Owner of a Lonely Heart" but my personal favorite is "Leave It". Neil Diamond - Young Neil will make you swoon. A very different sound from my other recommendations. He started in the early 60s. Song you are most likely to have heard is "Sweet Caroline". My personal favorite is "I Am, I said". Movies/TV - As I stopped the MCU stuff before what you are currently reacting to, my preference would be the OG X-Men movies followed by Deadpool 2 and 3. Then maybe try some classic movies. My preference would be stuff like "The Sting", "Jaws", "Rocky" and such. I am older though so I expect the majority of your audience would want something newer. For TV I wonder if you've watched "Chernobyl"? It's an incredible show and is only a few episodes. I expect you'll be crying through a great deal of it though so wait until you are in the right head space for it. Games - You have a very different taste in games than I do so it's difficult to know what you'd enjoy playing and I'd enjoy watching you play. To give you an idea I am currently running through Cyberpunk 2077 again, I loved Elden Ring, and I have the early access release on half a dozen crafting/survival games like Enshrouded, Grounded 2, Bellwright, and Windrose. No Man's Sky might be fun for you as you liked Star Citizen (the only game we have in common but I wouldn't be playing it if my friends hadn't press ganged me into it). No Man's Sky is more story/crafting/exploration driven than SC though so I'm not positive you'd like it.
This all sounds great, Marvel is a lot to watch and trying to watch it all at once could definitely cause burnout, I've been enjoying everything you've been doing on the Patreon, Marvel and non-Marvel alike, so whatever you enjoying doing is best. If I was going to recommend anything else other than what you have listed, for shows that have the most connection to the movies I would highly recommend Hawkeye and Ms. Marvel as well as Falcon and the Winter Soldier. I would also say watching the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special is important before the movie. For the further future of Marvel movies and shows I would also recommend, like a lot of other comments the Daredevil and other Netflix Marvel shows.
I would suggest watching the og x-men before doctor strange mom. There's also a guardians Christmas special that's worth watching before guardians 3. And yes as others have said watch ant man quantumania before loki 2. I would also suggest watching falcon and the winter soldier, it doesn't tie in in terms of events, but it's important for sam's (falcon) character progression. There are more fun marvel tv shows, but they are not as important for the overall story. I also suggest watching these later, they are pretty fun. EDIT: ALSO PLAY THE NEW SPIDER MAN GAMES
I noticed you don't have any Daredevil, Punisher or any other of the Defenders on your list. You don't really need to watch them but they are really good shows if you have time and want a side quest. Since Daredevil was in the last Spiderman movie and you didn't know who he was and Punisher will be in the new Spiderman movie, just thought I'd mention the shows.
He also appears in "She-Hulk" as well... That series is funny at points and seeing Daredevil walking down the street in costume saying good morning is funny as hell...
There's a bit of a story gap you'll need to fill between the OG X-Men and Logan. Deadpool 2 also has a few nods in it. Before Logan you'll want to watch First Class, Origins, possibly The Wolverine (poll dependent), and then Days Of Future Past. And if a poll says so, Green Lantern before Deadpool 2. Blade and the 2000s Daredevil and the 2000s Fantastic 4 also need to be watched. Ik exhausting right? Blame Fox. Maybe your break from Marvel could be started with Second Hand Lions. It's a wonderful movie.
Don't listen to the 'gotta catch up' crowd. Take your time, sprinkle in other things as you'd like. You're doing 20+ years of content! Don't try to catch up to Doomsday by release- if it happens it happens. Other channels have Marvel Monday or Supers Sunday while doing other content alongside. You enjoyed all the early things people told you to avoid; you'll like most everything waiting. Tacking on a Feel Good Friday, Terror Tuesday, Horror Hump Day, wackadoo Wednesday etcetc helps break it up more than just gaming & music reactions. Perhaps lean into your chaos theme & do a 'random from long non-supes list' turn in your rotation.
Please do eventually watch Agatha All Along, Moon Knight, Hawkeye, & Ms Marvel. Falcon & Winter Soldier focuses a lot on what the Snap was like for the world. Daredevil/Jessica Jones / Luke Cage / the Punisher are fucking phenomenal. Lots of the shows include origin stories, which you have said you especially enjoy. -A nerd's nervous plea.
That doc strange 2 movie is gonna blow you’re mind you not ready!!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Id suggest moving shang chi up. Also don't forget The Eternals.
We all can forget than movie
Honestly, that looks like a really solid plan. I'm particularly excited for you to get to Guardians Vol. 3. 👀 I also think your approach to the MCU makes sense. There are plenty of good shows, but if you're trying to avoid burnout, I'd honestly say WandaVision and Loki are the two "must watches." They're both limited series with proper endings, so they feel like complete stories rather than another long-term commitment. The only other one I'd maybe throw into the ring is What If...? because it's just a fun animated anthology with short episodes that you can dip into whenever you feel like it. For music, I still have to throw Pentatonix into the mix. Their versions of Hallelujah, The Sound of Silence, and Imagine are incredible. And for movies outside the MCU, I have to recommend The Greatest Showman. I'm generally not a musicals person, but that movie is fantastic. People like to poke fun at its historical accuracy, but as a movie and soundtrack, it's just a great time. Whatever you end up choosing, you've got a pretty stacked lineup ahead!
Some good animated stuff on the list! I'd also like to suggest checking out RWBY (watch the color trailers first: https://youtu.be/pYW2GmHB5xs?is=DCbcN6oOW_TlZdIo https://youtu.be/Vt9vl8iAN5Q?is=tdV2rhXgww3l60zU https://youtu.be/ImKCt7BD4U4?is=PMPAKS6vnAGd4T5l https://youtu.be/QCw_aAS7vWI?is=zHKhqfYTkIRV1Aa8 ) and for more anime definitely Cowboy Bebop.
I recon its best to watch the music movie called the wall than the album, mind you it can be a bit graphic, and due to copyright you could put a timer we could follow on our own movies
Please do Naruto good start for anime as it explains alot of anime style tropes in a good way
Music wise, I’d recommend the band Nightwish performing “Ghost Love Score” live from Wakken 2013 if you haven’t seen it. It was actually at one point the most reacted to music video in YouTube history, and is not only amazing, but will bring a lot of new traffic to your channel, and the Nightwish Army (fans) tend to be good people.
don't forget to include xmen 97! you'd love it - that aside, anime in the future will be fun like Cyberpunk edgerunners. Also reactions to Avatar the last air bender if you never saw that
Gotg3 is pretty good. I know you’re kinda done with mcu shows, and moon knight doesn’t yet tie into the broader mcu, but it’s really good. It’s kinda like Wandavision in the sense of wtf is going on, but good action and great actors. Just my two cents.
I would just suggest Ant Man 3 before Loki season 2 for continuity and to understand the consequence of End of Loki season 1. Also ant man movies are not as heavy/impactful so would be a good addition to all the heavyweights you got there.
I’d like to recommend “Fleabag”, a British comedy. Relatively quick watch 6x 30min eps). A masterpiece.🤌 Edited to add *After you get caught up on the MCU
Man I love vinland saga so much. I'd love to see that journey
