This album is so good! Great reaction! :) Would love to see some Jimi Hendrix reactions, specifically Electric Ladyland. His music inspired Pink Floyd's a lot!
As others are saying, Animals and The Wall are also must listens. DSOTM, WYWH, and those 2 are just wonderfully transcending albums that complement each other extremely well. The Wall movie is a very good movie, but i think everyone should sit down and experience the incredible journey of the album beforehand.
The best thing about Pink Floyd, they don’t rush the music, the lyrics or anything, it’s a continuing musical masterpiece that never seems to end and keeps you grasping and begging for it to go on forever. Don’t know if you knew but the saxophone player Dick Parry recently passed away, best known for the masterpiece solo in “Shine On You Crazy Diamond” RIP to that legend 🎷🖤
So I didn't see anyone else mention, & it's just gossip, the word i got was the 'mental problems' the band mate had was too much acid. Shine On is about him

I have heard you sing.... "Not proficient" is not true both my female cat and I agree on that point. Unfortunately there was no political will to research or treat AIDS because "leaders" like Ronny Raygun considered it "the Gay disease" because of conservative religious beliefs. Later after political leaders realized that the majority of people did not support this attitude things changed. Reagan type polices in the US changed including those policies of censorship in the music industry thanks to groups like "Twisted Sister" fighting these policies and getting public sentiment on their side.
We just lost another talented person to AIDS related pneumonia the woman who voices Lilo from Lilo and Stitch ... If you decide to listen to the album The Wall by Pink Floyd, I highly recommend watching the movie as a reaction first. it's the album set to a live action/cartoon movie that's visually telling the story along with the album. I believe it was made by or with Pink Floyd themselves.
Nice, would highly recommend animals album to listen to. Whether its for the channel or on your own time it is some of pink Floyd's best stuff
