Has she gone back and watched the post credit scene at all? it's probably a top 5 mid credits in terms of importance to the overall arc so I need to know that she's seen it lmao

Not sure what's more magical: Loki or these reaction videos. 😅 Regardless, keep up the banger work E! 🤓❤️

R
Rheannon · January 2, 2026

It's always a jump scare (in the best way) when I see Ashley Johnson in Avengers because I'm so used to hearing her as Ellie and seeing her on Critical Role, I almost forget she acted in other things LMAO

n
nAffie · December 26, 2025

Don't just skip to the end for post credit scenes. In a lot of MCU movies, there are mid credit scenes also.

*talking to self* "Bro, you are subbed to too many things, it ain't that serious. Okay? Nomoresubs, nomoresubs, nomoresubs, nomoresubs, nomoresubs, nomoresubs, nomoresubs..... Whew ok. ... wait, this citizen has a great vibe, and she's funny and clever AND watching the MCU ..... maybe..... maybe just oneeeeee more...... *subs* Willpower? What's that???" 😅

Bruce Lum · December 1, 2025

You missed the first post-credit scene. It usually occurs after the main cast and movie title is shown. This one in particular was a teaser towards something really big in the MCU.

A teraflop is a trillion floating point operation per second. Great for graphics-related processing from a CPU (and especially a GPU).

P
Philippe Bourlart · December 2, 2025

And the next most powerful supercomputer will be at 314 petaflops, so 314K teraflops (314 thousands of billions of operations per second).

I've seen this movie so many times, but it was nice to be reminded of the pure joy I experienced the first time I saw it by seeing that in your reaction to this film! It was a mark of your enjoyment that you didn't have a chance to inject any noticeable Eralia-isms. So I had nothing to add to the list but I might give it a rewatch and see if I missed anything! FYI, almost all of the MCU movies have multiple end-credit scenes. Some midway through the credits like the one you missed in this movie and the final or post-credit scene which was the Avengers eating Shawarma. Just thought I'd mention it so you can be on the look out in the future. Another great reaction and looking forward to phase 2. In the meantime, huge Harry P fan so why not go watch some Philosopher's Stone (or as Warner Brothers renamed it Sorcerer's Stone) with ya.

Ismael Barbosa · November 27, 2025

Just letting you know, you don’t need the shows to understand what’s going on. They’re like extra side pieces of content. Sometimes they add some context here and there but most of the time they don’t really go anywhere in terms of the overall plot I do recommend watching daredevil and punisher maybe as a separate series one day and Sam Remi Spider-Man movies

A
Alvin Everett · November 26, 2025

The team so far: - Anthony (Tony) Edward Stark = Iron Man - Dr. Robert Bruce Banner = The Hulk - (S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent) Natalia Alianova (Moniker: Natasha) Romanoff = Black Widow - Thor Odinson - (S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent) Clinton (Clint) Francis Barton = Hawkeye - Steven (Steve) Grant Rogers = Captain America

watching this now. So much fun to watch again with your reaction!

S
Sean Dame · November 26, 2025

When Tony calls Thor "Point Break" he's referring to a movie staring Patrick Swazye and Keanu Reeves. Patrick Swazye plays a surfer dude with long hair, he's calling Thor a surfer dude, kind of a dig on Thor.

M
Max · November 26, 2025

I see a lot of people recommending Agents of Shield, which is a great show. However, if I were going to recommend 1 TV show, it would have to be Daredevil. Agents is great, but it's many seasons. Daredevil is 3 seasons from Netflix and 1 from Marvel tv, and it's some of the best writing of any Marvel project to date.

m
mark arditi · November 26, 2025

Add Punisher to this, and it's golden, especially for Eralia. I think Punisher is a must

B
Bob Steppan · November 26, 2025

Never even heard of 'Last of Us'. So don't feel bad about missing any references. I don't catch all of the references used but I do really enjoy the enthusiasm of your reactions! Keep it up!!

J
Jimmie Rudolfsson · November 30, 2025

How can you not have heard about The Last Of Us??

B
Bob Steppan · November 26, 2025

For as often as you may miss a reference to an older movie or actor, this old guy needs to look up references you use. 😃 like: 'Riz' I think means- charisma? I heard you sing something about a 'Pink Pony Club' (incredible voice by the way) and call someone 'chonky'. I'm

e
eladrin22 · November 26, 2025

Yep, that was Ellie from the Last of Us. She had a couple of other scenes, but they were cut for time, I believe. And Stan Lee was in this, "Superheroes? In New York? Give me a break" - 2:12:47... And this had 2 scenes, 1 mid credits scene (that you missed, it is worth watching), and an after credits. Going forwards, most movies have at least 2. Someone said Agents of SHIELD, and I agree... but it is also quite long. There is also the Netflix series, which take place after this. But going forwards with just the films for now is fine if you prefer.

T
Troy · November 26, 2025

Let's GOOOOO. (Also, I still think Deadpool wasn't a faux pas, and was a solid jump into superhero movies. Everyone who thinks otherwise just can't imagine what it's like to miss the references, but the movie holds up even without the winks and Easter Eggs. It will be that much funnier to you when you watch it a second time eventually.) Enjoy your holiday!

T
Troy · November 26, 2025

P.S. Phase 1 was an amazing opening act, and Phase 2 is also pretty decent, but it truly culminates in Phase 3. I would advise caution when digging into Phase 1 details that you missed, as the internet isn't shy about bringing up later references to things, as you've no doubt discovered in the past with games.

J
Jason Kennebrew · November 26, 2025

You missed a second end credit screen. From now on there will be 2 end credit screen.

K

Josh Wedon (Firefly) Jon Favreau (Mandalorian) It wasn't just solid actors and characters, but a powerhouse of writing and directing from both the well established and the soon to make their mark.

A
Alvin Everett · November 26, 2025

Phase Two: 1) Iron Man 3 2) Thor: The Dark World 3) Captain America: The Winter Soldier 4) Guardians of the Galaxy 5) Avengers: Age of Ultron 6) Ant-Man

K
Keith · November 26, 2025

It might be a spicy take, and you may not have the time to watch it, but I really recommend watching Agents of Shield. It's a TV show that was produced after Avengers and takes place mostly during Phase 2 in the first season or two before it branched off on its own.

J
Jayson Phillips · November 26, 2025

I loved you watching this for the 1st time! I'm so excited for you to get to the new characters and see who becomes your favorite!

J
JayF · November 26, 2025

Joss Whedon wrote and directed this movie. He was the creator of the TV series Firefly. It only lasted one season but has a HUGE cult following. It seems to be mandatory viewing for reactors and rightly so. You'd love it.

T
Tomasz · November 26, 2025

Hi! You basically missed one post-credits scene. If you're interested in them, you should know that Marvel movies often have two scenes during the credits :-) You also didn't miss the Stan Lee scene—you even reacted to his comment. That senior Russian soldier was played by Jerzy Skolimowski, who is actually Polish. PS: TeraFLOPs are a real thing :P It's great that you've joined the MCU! It's been fun watching these movies with you again.

M
Max · November 26, 2025

Ha ha you're not messing around with pace at all! Can't wait, hope you enjoyed this one!

M
Mike A · November 26, 2025

The MCU has really only scratched the surface of the enormous 86-year backlog of characters and storylines they can draw from for their movies and TV shows (1939-today). Marvel has published tens of thousands of individual comic issues across hundreds of ongoing series. It’s probably hardest to pick the storylines that work the best together as a cohesive whole in movie form. In my teen years, I collected 2k issues (including non-Marvel comics) & I’m still hoping that some of the best storylines from my time collecting will show up in the movies.

J
Jonathan Schmidt · November 26, 2025

You did miss the first extra scene with Thanos after the initial credits. I was wondering how accurate the subtitles were during the first scene with Black Widow. You'll like Phase 2.

M
Mike A · November 25, 2025

6 movies down. Only 31 more to go. (As of today. Not including TV/episodic shows.) I’m here with you for this crazy ride. Black Widow should definitely be an option for a future Halloween costume.

D
Darj · November 25, 2025

Oh man, I know exactly what you mean about hiring Americans in foreign roles and they don't exactly do a bang up job in learning how to speak the language. Sure, they can get the words out, but the pronunciation is all wrong. Consonants, vowels, melody. You can tell who's paid attention in linguistics class. Personally the biggest culprit was GTA 4. Cousins Niko and Roman. Oy vey... Nobody born in the Balkans speaks like that... On the other than, there was a recent superhero movie [REDACTED] where they made a villain from a made up country actually speak Serbo-Croatian and they were really good! Actually... *googles* Figures. Native speaker. :D

I
Ian Bailey · November 25, 2025

There is also a mid-credit scene.

S
Slothlyke · November 25, 2025

LOL you missed the most important post credit scene Also will you watch the MCU series like Agent of Shield or the Defenders Saga? Those are really good as well and AoS really fits well into the Phases. But they are a commitment.

Y

Yeah that waitress is Ashley Johnson. She does do the voice of Ellie and a lot of other gaming voice acting.

D
Darj · November 25, 2025

Also, she smells like a crayon. (her words, btw)

O
Onno Smits · November 25, 2025

Always sad to see Agent Phil Coulson die in this one. He was such a fun staple part of the Phase 1 movies. But I like how they made his death the catalyst that causes the team to finally start working together properly. Plus his death becomes the thing they "avenge" in order to justify the "Avengers" name. 😂 The voice-/motion-capture actor for Ellie (Ashley Johnson) had a bigger role in the movie (some scenes with Steve Rogers) but it was left on the cutting room floor. You can see them here, but avoid comments for spoilers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8y842AXRN4 The Stan Lee cameo you missed was right at the end of the movie, during the news clips aftermath. He's the chess player in central park that is interviewed and says "Superheroes in New York?! Give me break." The guy that's close with Natasha Romanoff (codename: "Black Widow") whose name you kept forgetting is Agent Clint Barton (codename: "Hawkeye"). He's genuinely one of my favorites, and yes I get ridiculed for admitting that. 😅 Starting with this movie there's usually more than one end-credit scene, sometimes even more than two. It's worth sitting through the initial visual artworks (before the black screen white scrolling text). Not just so you don't miss any, but also because they get progressively more intricate and cool (imho). Or get a trusted friend to tell you the exact number of mid-credit scenes and timestamps without spoiling shit. It was a blast to rewatch this Phase 1 with you! I hope you'll consider doing Phase 2 at some point. Probably my favorite overall Phase.

Teraflops = a unit of computing speed equal to one million million (1012) floating-point operations per second.

O
Onno Smits · November 25, 2025

Haha, I knew someone would make this comment! 😂 To be fair to Eralia, it absolutely sounds like one of those made up technobabble words. 300 teraflops in 2012 would be about a mid-size supercomputer. Certainly not the fastest machine at that time (that would probably be the Titan at Oak Ridge), but absolutely insane sci-fi tech for being that small suitcase-sized platform Stark was using. The Titan was the size of an entire football field. It's crazy how fast technology has scaled since then. Now just 13 years later it's possible to pull 300 teraflops out of maybe 4 or 5 high-end GPUs, and would indeed easily fit in the box that Stark was using.
