Elite Equestrians | Equestrian Centre Lot Download
Yes I know we don't technically have 'equestrian centre's' in the game which is such a shame, so mine is set to a café!
You can bring your sims here with their horses, do some training in the dedicated training area ( suitable for three horses )
Originally made for personal gameplay, since I have never come across a CC equestrian centre I decided to just make my own. I decided to share it since I just fell completely in love with it and wanted others to enjoy it too
I have my main sim come here often to train her horse and meet up with her friends and their horses, bonus points for there being a cafe too as they can sit down and have a nice warm pumpkin spice latte and share some stable gossip 🤍
Anyway...
It is built on the 40x30 lot in chestnut ridge, however you could place it where it suits you
Packs used is just chestnut ridge, there is no point in downloading this lot unless you have that pack
Some CC is included including the banner logo, and a recolour of pixelpony Devoucoux ( added simlish writing ) Fence in which you will need the mesh for. You can grab the mesh here
