Hi everyone!

For the last two weeks I stayed at a friend’s place, looking after her rats, a perfect recipe for a change of scenery if you believe inspiration moves in with the suitcase. I thought a new apartment, new smells, and someone else’s cages would recharge my creative batteries. What I ended up with were five new Tarot cards. Five. Not an avalanche, sure, but not “nothing” either. It’s a small, quiet victory and right now that matters far more.

Yesterday I had my first session with a therapist. One evening I suddenly felt I couldn’t manage alone, so I went. I liked it. It was interesting to listen, to try to name my feelings. It’s not a magic pill, but it is a step, a step that won’t show up in follower stats, but is clearly visible inside where feelings and matter mееt.

To be honest: I feel like I’m not trying enough, that I’m not doing enough to help myself. This year has been hard — that’s a fact and it doesn’t need dressing up. I want to make my calendars like always, but I don’t know where to start and whether anyone even needs them. Sales platforms seem to have disappeared, and hope for my Instagram coming back shrinks day by day, sometimes mocking me. Yes, sounds dramatic…

There is good news. Three new sets I shot in Italy have been uploaded to SG.

I’m thinking of starting a Reddit page to try to promote my pages there, but honestly, I don’t know if I have the energy. The fear of failing arrives early, like you bought a ticket to a bad movie and are bracing for the ending.

A funny one: the plant that made me accidentally slice half a finger off, still produced a new pup. Apparently the sacrifice worked or the plant simply doesn’t respect drama. Jokes aside: sacrificing parts of yourself for algorithms is a bad idea… but … maybe?

There are so many people here living with this damn depression and anxiety and I know how hard it is. Friends, it’s tough, and your wins may look tiny, but crumbs make bread.

We often measure our worth by visible results likes, sales, applause, and forget about the roots. But roots aren’t inactivity, they’re the unseen work that prepares the soil for the next spring. What looks like failure or stagnation now may be the quiet in which the future is forming.

If you’re struggling right now it is not a sentence. It’s a signal: take care, give yourself time and help, and remember that trying is already an act of courage. You don’t have to shine all the time, sometimes it’s enough not to go out.
