Jean shorts on the beach? Not my best decision... but hey, when in doubt, there’s always the skinny dipping option. 😏🌊 The real question is: Do I keep the shorts on and suffer, or embrace the freedom of the waves? Decisions, decisions... 😂

Hello beautiful people!

Just casually strolling down the street, shirtless in tight jeans, channeling my inner Terminator vibes. In my mind: 'I’ll be back.' Reality: Probably looking like I’m lost and can’t afford a shirt. 😂 Either way, the mission is simple—serve looks, find Sarah Connor, and hopefully an ice cream shop.

Bet you didn't know I could skate! Look I'm no Tony Hawk, but this old boy doesn't do too bad

Had some confusion going down, so just gonna clear it all up

Wait... clothes?! Who dis? 🤔 I know, I know—you’re used to seeing me in way less (like way less), but hey, even I have to give my underwear a day off every now and then. Don’t worry, this fully-clothed situation is just temporary—I promise the usual programming of almost nakedness will return short

Please be patient with me beautiful people x

34 degrees in Melbourne today, so naturally, I had to report for duty at the beach. 🌞 Spent the afternoon patrolling the shorelines like a Baywatch lifeguard… minus the red swimsuit, but definitely with the same level of dramatic slow-motion vibes.

Happy Friday, everyone! We made it through another week of pretending to be productive 😏 Time to trade in the work emails for weekend vibes. Cheers to a well-deserved break! 🎉 #FriYAY What's everyone up to this weekend?

Just a quick ‘do these shorts look good? check… 😏 Trying to figure out if I’m bringing the heat in these, or if they’re just here for the lighting. (Don’t worry, left the shirt off for a full ‘fit assessment 😉) What do we think—yay or definitely yay?

Yes, it finally happened—I’m actually wearing a shirt! Don’t be alarmed; it's just a little experiment 😏 But don’t get too used to it… still keeping it casual from the waist down though

Fresh out of the shower and thinking... maybe I should just make this towel my new uniform.. thoughts?

This will be the most random request you will ever receive here on Onlyfans lol But seriously, I need to know..

If you'd like to know where all of the 'fun' is 😉 join me on my other Onlyfans page @hotcoupleonshowvip where I have a special for you... when you join that page and send me a message with the code "BDE" I'll send you a full-length video 👅 for FREE. Hope to see you there soon 😉

Good morning, everyone! ☀️ Starting the day by soaking up these golden rays and setting my intentions. There's something about that quiet morning sunlight that feels grounding and energizing all at once. It’s my moment to reconnect, breathe deeply, and get ready to take on whatever the day brings. H

Lifeguard on duty... or at least that’s my excuse for strutting around poolside with sunglasses on, giving everyone ‘the look’ 👀😎 Keeping an eye out for ahem safety reasons, of course! 🛟💦

A truly rare occurrence caught on camera..... me, wearing a shirt (well sort of) lol

Okay, okay, because I'm a little underwear-sharing-photo Ho, I couldn't resist making this one public on the feed after a select few got the early preview in their inbox. What can I say - sharing is caring right lol

Alright, real talk – has the whole Spartan vibe crossed into 'overdone' territory for Halloween? Or do I still have a shot at making this look epic this year? ⚔️🛡️ I mean, it’s classic, but I don't want to be that guy

Good morning! Just me, the sun, and a little extra Vitamin D to your feed 😏☀️ Hope your day is looking as bright as my morning is

Woke up like this... sort of. 😏 Just casually soaking up the morning sun, accidentally flashing the abs because apparently, that’s what happens when you’re too lazy to fix your shirt. Not sure if I’m serving “effortlessly cool” or “forgot how to wear clothes properly,” but hey, here we are. 😎☀️

The biggest tip I can give anyone when it comes to getting abs.... it's not sexy, its not cutting edge, and its something most people don't want to hear, but.. it works You're welcome

Current physique update... and yes I 100% agree, the gym's posing room mirror looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was first installed! lol

Just jamming with you, trying to hype myself up to get my ass out of this car and into the gym. Using you beautiful people as my motivation

Hello beautiful people!

No clothes, no worries, just me and these sheets. Letting it all hang out—literally 😜🔥

Felt cute... might delete later LOL

Back in the gym again today in front of the camera. Just a little BTS action going down.. Hope you all had an amazing day. Much love fam

Leg Day didn't happen unless your pants end up dropping and selfies are taken

Episode 3 now LIVE on OFTV! In this epic come hit the supermarket with me, and then lets go hit a Leg Workout together Have a watch guys, and let me know what you think https://of.tv/video/66b650393d1068000118fb14/

I'm sorry guys, its been a while since I've posted in here. Having been dealing with a few life things, but I assure you I'm still training hard, eating clean, and making lots of spicy content over on my other Onlyfans page. But I'll be definitely getting back to more regular posting on this page as

Wishing you all a very happy Friday (It's Friday here in Australia), so naturally I thought a half-naked selfie of myself would help get the weekend started haha. While I'm here I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for subscribing and supporting me. Means the world

So what's everyone training today? It's Friday afternoon here so that means it's a LegTraining day for me. Time to die lol

Who's coming over to my place for dinner? Full disclaimer, its going to be plain, its going to be boring - but I promise it will fit your macros and the company is good LOL

Strength is built from the inside out. Every drop of sweat, every rep, every moment of dedication adds up to more than just muscles in the mirror. It's about pushing limits and becoming the best version of yourself (and creating good selfies, its always about the selfies hahaha)

Hey guys, Episode 2 in the series Road To The Stage is now LIVE on OFTV. Be sure to check it out. In this Ep I take you to the gym with me for a Back training session. Let me know what you think once you've had a watch https://of.tv/video/669039377c90070001b4c5aa/

Just over here thinking about my next meal...

I know, I know, Im boring - every day I eat the exact same meals without fail. I just thrive on routine and it means that I can just 'tick all the boxes' knowing I'm getting everything in nutrition-wise for my goals. So if you ever end up coming to my place, we'll most likely be eating Chicken and R

Who's keen to hit a pool day at my place?

Hitting casual stage poses between sets. I'm sure my top comes off more often at the gym than anywhere else haha I'm lucky I haven't been kicked out yet actually lol

I need your help guys. I want to know what you guys want to see from me most in the way of content. If you can hit your vote on the poll that would be awesome! Thanks guys!
