Clarity + Revamp of subscription tiers

I've done an extensive revamp of the rewards and options available. Please check it out if you are interested in both current and aspiring patrons.

I'm still in the process of transitioning this project into something much more serious than a passion project. I apologize if I haven't been able to keep up with the promised rewards. There is simply no excuse. I didn't have the time to fulfill my own promises, and I genuinely felt awful about it.

The applied changes:

• Polls will begin to happen from now on. The polls will come tomorrow.

• There are now two variants of Exclusive wallpapers. +1 public wallpaper available for Meredith's tier and above.

• The Angel tier has been renamed to Brie's tier. Brie's tier will now obtain a pack of 3 exclusive portrait renders monthly.

• Maxime and Brie's tier will get to vote on which character will obtain an X post bi-weekly.

I want to provide more rewards, but unfortunately, any more promises and it'll start digging into my precious project hours. So this will be it for now.
