Character Playlists: Suvi & Eursulon

I keep coming back again and again to Suvi's playlist

Where can I find the art used in the Spotify playlist thumbnails?

It is truly  beautiful how not only the style of the music but the writing too reflects the characters and their  emotional waves. I am in awe.

Suvi's playlist slaps so hard and is keeping me going omg

These are so great! I'm adding a bunch to my music library. Especially excited to have found another punky brass band to listen to!

Half of Suvi's songs are also on my personal most-played lists, including Lion. I feel so seen lol

The Tone-Loc Wild Thing made me imagine Eursulon being quite the crowd pleaser. 😉😉

Lol Attitude is the only song Suvi needed on here

Omg i know a bunch of suvis songs 😆

Ursalon’s playlist has some deeply sad songs in context

Suvi's playlist is giving me life at work today.

I hadn't expected Eursulon's playlist to be as ethereal as it is but it makes perfect sense, the liner notes make it *chef's kiss*

Eursulon's playlist is a movie, it transformed my morning into something more dramatic. I must find a forest and walk barefoot on moss still damp from a soft rain

* "go the distance" plays in the bg * Yup, yup this kills the man ;u;

I love eursulon's playlist it's so soft and the music is so like... gosh how to axplain lol IT MAKES BRAIN BRRR

Suvi's #6 - Aabriya is so ready for fireball.

Holy shit Suvi's playlist is so good

Suvi's playlist is now my "im a bad bitch don't bother me" playlist for my walks haha

This just in: suvi's playlist is Great for cleaning. Just the right length and you feel Immensely Powerful haha THANKS AABRIYA ALSO aabriya: how on earth did you manage to find the most perfect instrumentals and covers with the right vibe instrumentals, that's dope! Felt like i was In Lumora!! (Just.. cleaning my lumoran toilet)

Anybody else playing Suvi’s list just on repeat? Just me? That’s cool, too.

Putting "On the Nature of Daylight" in any playlist is cheating cause that shit almost makes me cry every time.

HEY AABRIA. HEY. WHO IS IS [REDACTED] FOR SONG 15. WHOOOOMST

Loved the pure power of Suvi's.💚 Did anyone else listening to Eursulon's have a realization that Thomas O'Malley (the alley cat from Aristocrats) and Mowgli (from the Jungle Book) must be Honored Friends? No? Just me...cool. cool. cool.

Oh my gods my college pep band's theme song is on the Suvi playlist. Gotta love screaming into a sousaphone in Brooklyn

I love the contrast in both these playlists.

Dang Suvi’s list had some of my top played songs on it. So good. I feel like I started understanding her character a lot better. Thank you Aabria. And Lou too!

Listening to "Battle Cry" and reading Aabria's blurb about it -together- is making me cry. Holy hell... I wanna give Suvi a hug pls and thanks.

OH. OHHHH. i was not prepared for "Best of Friends" GODDAMMIT aaaaaaaAAAAAAA

Eursulon’s playlist really feels like a journey both alien and familiar. Got me getting misty-eyed during “Incantation” 🥲

INCREDIBLE playlists! also if i wasn't already completely, respectfully, enamored of lou wilson, his playlist would've done it lol. and suvi's list is so POWERFUL😍

So many gems in these. I hadn’t listened to Beirut in forever and Suvi’s playlist having not one but two league of legends songs was too perfect

Suvi's playlist would make an epic workout playlist! I did immediately play Go The Distance or Eursolon's. I had McDonald's toys from that movie.

Eursulon has Going the Distance, so his playlist is best. I don't make the rules, that's just the law of the universe.

Did anyone else get the playlist "Entering my villian era" recommended to them at the bottom of Suvi's playlist?

"Go the Distance" in the middle of Eursulon's playlist was perfect -- immediately started welling up! What a treat these are!

Had to listen to these on different days - getting into the ethereal Eursulon mood was downright impossible after the bad bitch wizard energy :D I guess thereby lays the tale of why the characters so often don't see eye to eye :)

I would love an open source version of the playlists the listeners could add songs to based on our interpretation of the characters, or just from our own musical background. I thought the song Perfect Day by Miriam Stockley would be a good song for Eursulon because it contrasts the beauty and danger of nature. The lines “on the wild and misty hillside/fear is nature’s warning/hunger here is never far away.” felt especially relevant for him. It’s also exciting to see what songs I know on all the playlists and which ones are going to be new for me. 🥳 Love this extra bit of content!

Lou Wilson has too much power. Allowing me to imagine (and cry) as I listen to "A Garden of Peace" thinking of how Eursulon wakes up everyday in Umora, missing the Spirit World. Great playlists! Thank y'all for sharing them!

One song and one paragraph of liner notes in with Eursulon…already tearing up.

Genuinely feel like I understand Suvi so much more now that I know songs we’d both like. Also just… such good songs on both playlists, I love them <3

Subconsciously adding songs from the "Where the Wild Things Are" soundtrack to Eursulon's playlist.

Haven’t thought about YBBB in years but have loved that track since my band teacher shared it with my class when I was in 6th grade. Also these playlists are generally incredible. You’d know which playlist goes to each character without needing told.

THE REDACTED NAME IN SUVI’S NOTES!!!!! GAAAAHHHHHHH

Suvi’s playlist is SLAPPING

❤️❤️❤️

I love how different these are. Suvi's list sure starts strong! Makes me want to play a B.A. war mage.

can't thank erika and aabria for coming from the world of fandom meta enough, i'm well-fed and prospering after reading aabria's notes (the cherry blossom verse of champion in reference to ame and eursulon? OOF!) and can't wait for erika's either. i just know they understand the assignment. (excited for everyone else too of course!)

The Max Richter on Eursulon list. That one always breaks my heart open wide. I can see right into Eursulon’s heart when he was reunited with Suvi and Ame. So much yearning for love and acceptance of his whole self that he has too long been without 🔥

Excited about Family Crest being on Suvi's!!! Can't wait to listen

The minute I started trying to fit names we know into the redacted part on Aabria's notes is the minute I knew this podcast is going to ruin me!

Suvi is a villian.

I've been wanting to make a bad b---- playlist, and I think I'm about to borrow a lot of songs from Suvi's Eursulon's makes me want to run and get lost in the fantastical woods and play with my friends. It's so fun and yet so playful

Thank you Aabria for loving Lorde's cover of Everyone Wants To Rule The World!!! It's SO GOOD

For my fellow Apple users - there's an excellent app called SongShift that will convert playlists from one app to another. Both Suvi and Eursulon's playlists shifted very easily.

Is it just me or is the Suvi playlist gonna hit hard as a workout playlist?!

Suvi slayed me with her first two songs before bringing out the bops and bangers. Eursulon’s had so many beautiful and awe-inspiring scores. The music is so varied and took me through a gauntlet of emotions. And so good to hear to the thoughts behind the songs. There’s many excellent choices between both of them that will join my regular rotation. Thank you for sharing! I’m looking forward to hearing what Ame and Cool Dog bring to the table ✨🦊

The Suvi Playlist resonates with my long term PC wizard SO HARD. I'm living for this. Thank you for releasing these ❤️❤️

Petition for Lou to publish all his playlists

warriors and enemy from arcane for Suvi, Go the distance and Bon Iver for Eursulon SO REAL. SO REAL. LIKE OBVIOUSLY YOU GET IT YOURE THE PROS YOURE THE PPL WHO MADE THEM BUT WOW. RIPPED STRAIGHT FROM MY NOGGIN.

Thank you so much for these beautiful and thoughtful descriptions!!!

UNSHAKEN ON EURSULONS PLAYLIST AAAAA

I WILL FIND MY WAY! I CAN GO THE DISTANCE!!

Lou putting “Dreams of honor and a quest. Confidence” ect. for go the distance has the same energy as Brennan saying “it’s not sad, it’s funny” when he tells a devastating story.

Also, I made playlists on YT music, is it ok if I change these links from private to unlisted and share here?

Aabria nailed this vibe. Suvi is the brave, proud, confident, entitled, broken, badass woman I wish I was when I was 20. Even when I know she's making a "bad" choice, I can't help but admire her. Girl is fearless, owns her choices and stans herself. Fricking beautiful young woman👌

OKAY WHY ARE ALL OF LOU COMMENTS EXPOSING MY SOUL? each one i read i get the chills! I want to make playlists for people with these type of notes for christmas

oh HELL YES

I will go the distance for Eursulon 😭

Oh lord i so want to be in the right headspace (and not in the middle of the night) for this bc i see "on the nature of daylight" on there and i just know i'm going to Weep

OhmygoshohmygoshohmygoshohmygoshhhyyYESSSS!!!!!!!

Anyone else expect to open a 1 pager for Eursulon's liner notes?

It's Sting on the hurdy gurdy with the steel chair.

Yoooo suvi is coming in like a boss !! I saw mount everest on there and knew what this playlist was about lol

You can't just Ain True Love me like this without warning Aabria, I was on the bus.

:0 I just noticed Brooklyn on Suvi's playlist! Certified wizard banger!

I’m an Apple Music cutie and made the playlists on there for myself. They’re unlisted in search so i assume it’s okay to post here for fellow cuties? Eursulon: https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/eursulons-playlist/pl.u-GgA5eNmhJmovj Suvi: https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/suvis-playlist/pl.u-jV89bZNTrmDPM

Thanks for the liner notes for those of us that refuse it use Spotify, I will be rebuilding these as private playlists on my YouTube Music lol UPDATE: I went ahead and made them, and found out I could do them unlisted! Here are the links! Suvi's Playlist: https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDte5Bj1bArYE02NJ8zVICYcZ_Jagb4X6&si=uhZwFCrMaPRMkhlL Eursulon's Playlist: https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDte5Bj1bArb-6WrqP5leBMp55cXdyigb&si=3I131fQQYwk3Yxzl

I haven’t gotten to listen yet but I’m already very familiar with a lot of the songs on Suvi’s playlist and now I know why I love her so much

Re: glamourized spirits, I have a pet theory that Bowie and Prince were fae. Prove me wrong!.

The redaction??

The inclusion of DNA on Suvi's is INCREDIBLY choice

Not me already having 90% of Suvi’s playlist downloaded before this

Thanks for this! Am listening to the Sea Bear’s jams while being the “strongest man in my office” moving things about. 🤘🏼🤘🏼 Thanks to Lou, Adonis, Finn, and the other guest stars for this!

Straight to my playlist!

Okay Suvi with the bangers

Who made the album art?

Oh boy, this might be enough to get me to redownload spotify

I can’t wait to see what’s on Fox’s playlist.

Y'all are too good to us

I'm 100% printing off these notes to read while listening like I did with the lyrics book that came with CDs.

Lou's Kamasi Washington pull is transcendent. what an absolute mensch

Not me immediately spotting go the distance on ursulon’s. Oof

I only got through half of Suvi's playlist because Mount Everest was so good I had to stop and listen to that album.

Lou putting on the nature of daylight in here was premeditated assault Aabria teasing a love interest was a war crime

The Suvi playlist went straight to the top of my workout mixes!

I love you, Lou. You da best musick

attitude being on suvi's Playlist makes complete sense

I'm very excited to listen to these playlists but to the question, "which of your fav musicians is probably a glamorized spirit?" We can all agree it's Hozier, right?

THE ALGORITHM!!! Aabria I have been listening to him since 2010. I was shocked and wonderfully surprised to find it on your Suvi playlist. What a fantastic playlist.

Holy shit! No wonder Aabria/Suvi is ready to rule the world after listening to an incredible hour of absolute bangers!

Congratulations on creating the most easily-connectable story telling platform I’ve ever experienced. Between the Children’s campaign, the Fireside chats, these playlists, excellent narration/play acting, and impeccable editing and sound design. The total package is chef’s kiss. Thank you.

I’m two songs into suvi’s and crying, I need this for all media I love immediately

These are everything! I can't wait for the others.

Why is it right after I looked at Suvi's playlist I got a suggestion for villain playlist XD?

Where do my bluebird fly is suchhh an incredible song. Nice touch Lou!

I have a feeling the fox's playlist is gonna be exclusively about fish and anarchy ;)

Suvi’s ambition is really fronting in her playlist and I’m here for it

I love that Aabria has Brooklyn on her playlist. I haven't heard this song since high school band; such a great track.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the multimedia delight that is WBN! Aabria, Brennan, Erika, Lou, Taylor, we appreciate you so much, THANK YOU!!!

Go the distance and any herc song for eursolon is such a smart choice and enemy for suvi.THESE PLAYLIST ARE GREAT

WHERE CAN WE READ MORE OF LOU’S WRITING???!?!?! ITS SO GOOD!!!! The sensory was perfect!!!!

These are so freaking good, the song from Hercules absolutely slaps

Aabriya you beautiful being the music is both exactly what I would expect on suvi’s playlist and also had some surprises!!! I am less familiar with the music on Lou’s but from what I’ve listened to already it’s so good so so good

Saw Aabria's comment about slowed down pop song covers in minor keys... have you listened to Bastille's cover of No Scrubs? (Or any of their covers actually!) Anyway I'm very excited to listen to these!

I’m digging Eursulon’s playlist…it’s like Aslan meets Prince of Egypt meets Oh Brother Where Art Thou.

AABRIA!!! That Lorde cover after this past episode just 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

If What Does The Fox Say isn't on Brennan's fox playlist I'm going to sue for missed opportunity. Also super excited to listen to these on the commute home. 😎

Lou’s liner notes are making me incredibly excited for him to DM, hot damn

Opens up Suvi's one... Warriors is my phone's ringtone... LOVE YOU AABRIA!!!

I started with Eursulon, I’m only into the second track and I’m already almost crying? Wtf. Thanks you guys for making and sharing these lists and notes!! (Oh fk I just jumped over to Suvi’s for a moment and those first and second liner notes *got meee*😭)

Oooooh hell yeah! I'd seen Erika posting a character playlist on his insta stories the other week, wasn't expecting a public release tho!

I want to listen to these (obviously) but use youtube music, so I created them for myself there. I left them unlisted but not private - so you should be able to use them too. hope this is helpful to somebody! here's Eurselon's https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLW0phKaW0Kjj34nXhKUv69AqV3LsMIbdM&feature=share

Ooh! Liner notes slightly redacted. Exciting!

so fucking beauty wonderful/ thank you!

Eursolon's playlist is such a great combination of Fey, Fanfare, and unFaultering

Listening to Suvi's playlist and feeling extremely influenced to go for a long run or maybe conquer a nation, idk

I am going to inhale these like a kirby

Seeing 'Go the Distance' on Eursulon's playlist... *deep breaths* ... I'm fine...

thank you thank you thank you 😭 im eatin up every crumb of insight into yr creative process and yr characters!!!!!

Suvi's Playlist is just full of bangers

King of Anything should have been on Suvi’s playlist

Spotify suggested the "Villain Mode" playlist to pair with Suvi's playlist 👀

I'm only 5 songs in and vibing with Eursulon's playlist HARD 😫👌🏾

So Suvi just hacked my Spotify and stole my playlist, got it! 🤣

🍌👀

Here. For. It. These are Ivy-divey
