Just caught up, finally jumped on here to get my fix and registering to this guy to see what's been in front of us the whole time ugh I LOVE IT

I have been wanting to listen to these stories again. Though I dread the beginnings where sadness begins for Suvi and Eursolon, but the smiles of the story and music is so charming. Holiday adventures awaits.

Omg. They are all so adorable. And I fully had to imagine the knight as Brennan.

Listening to Brennan's description of Grandmother Wren's cottage again and noticing this detail for the first time: "And of course we shouldn't forget that up on the hillside, up some moss-covered steps is the well, which why the well is so very far from the cottage I'm sure is constantly on the mind of our next PC" (introduces Ame) Is this the same well Grandmother Wren trapped the MiB in or is it just coincidence? I had thought the well he was trapped in was the well Eursulon encountered him in in Act III, but the question about why it's so far away from the cottage made me wonder. If it is in fact this well, that's some wonderful foreshadowing I seem to remember a reference to the MiB trying to kill Grandmother Wren at the well but I can't remember if there was any other information given about it at the time

Jumped back to the Children's Adventure episodes after episode 51. Good GOD, getting the full context now and knowing the future of all these characters fucking KILLED ME FNEWIFOEPWA. All the callbacks and little glimpses I didn't understand before, not fully, being laid out like this had me pacing my room screaming and crying. AND SIR CURRAN, EURSULON INTRODUCED TO THE CONCEPT OF HONOR, I WAS WEEPING!!! I love this podcast so so much!

Over the series they've Abria has always bitterly said, "we're having different days." And listening back to this, it started with session 1... 😂😄

I heard these at the time, but have to listen again, to remind myself. Magic felt so dangerous and huge.

I started playing this for a couple of my first graders and they immediately sat down and were so still. Their eyes got big and their little bodies jolted with surprise. It was so magical to see them sit with amazement and rather listen to this story than go play with their friends. They thought Brennan's ability to be so many different people was amazing. This is the most beautiful story I've ever sat and listened to. Did nothing but listen and read the transcripts

This is kind of a long shot and I waited way too long to ask about it, but here goes: I'm getting married on the summer solstice (5 days), it's a fae-themed wedding (I am representing the Seelie Court and my partner, the Unseelie), and I got it into my head that it would be incredible for us all to process in to the song playing over the great bear's procession from this episode... Is there anywhere I can find that music isolated from talking, and/or as a full song? I would buy it instantly...

So my partner introduced me to the show earlier this week after he came out the side of hefty Dimension 20 binge. One prelude episode in and I'm hooked, so fantastic job to all involved because I'm pretty sure that's what everyone wants the reaction to a first episode/chapter to be. It felt wrong not to listen to all the 'Children's Adventure' episodes, so here I am having a quite night in to myself listening along while I game and get sucked into a world of witches and (magical?) roosters.

Listening to this after listening to the entire podcast (up to episode 16) and fully crying. this is so good. listening to this knowing where they all end up later is actually such a wonderful bittersweet experience.

Took me a little bit to realize that this is specifically not for children. Still loved it, but I was super excited to hear these story-tellers do a campaign about kids for kids.

Suvi’s introduction broke my heart and made me cry. Ame’s felt warm and had me laughing at every turn. Eursulon’s intro gave me happy chills and filled me with wonder. Honestly, I’m just awestruck by the talent of everyone involved.

For some reason, I didn't realize the Prelude episode posted on Youtube was the beginning to The Children's Adventure series. I am so happy I signed up for Patreon and found this. It was like I had been given a gem and then I stumbled upon the whole jewelry box. I cried listening to this. I cried at Suvi's introduction. I cried at the Great Bear. I cried when Eursulon hugged the knight. Apparently, I cry at everything these days. Also, I'm not sure if Erika meant for her intro to remind me of Mulan's intro, but it totally did--with the house and endearing Grandma Wren and Little Brother underfoot and the stone shrine with Mr Soup at the edge of the garden. I loved everything about this. I am going to listen to it all.

I knew this was going to be good when I heard about this project - I was saving it for a long drive so I could listen uninterrupted, and what a journey we got! I cried, felt pure joy and feel such excitement for this story - can't wait to listen to more of the kids adventure!!!

Brennan Lee has made me get Drop Out and NOW Patron. These stories and characters are perfect. I had to download this app to finish their adventure as kids before moving forward. How could anyone not. I cried multiple times while listening during my Costco shopping…thanks a lot for that 💀💀💀 I love the sound effects which add to the story, but miss seeing each of you. Thankfully after watching EVERY Dimension 20 episode, I can picture your expressions. I’m excited for the many years to come and all characters that will come with it. 🥰

HOW am I crying right from the get-go from sadness, delight, AND whimsy?! 💕

I was (and remain) so excited for this podcast. But I was thinking that something designed as a podcast would not have the huge volume differences that make D20 sometimes hard to follow without captions, because if you turn it down enough to to be blasted out of your seat when everyone erupts, you can't hear the quiet parts. I am having the same problem. Also, the sound distortion for effect makes some of the speech very hard to understand. I hope this gets better.

Honestly, I can't get enough of these folks. The stories and vibes are always so fun, so endearing, and inspire me to branch out with stories of my own. I'm not a huge fan of this platform but I'll jump into the sun for content like this.

Hey, so first, this is absolutely wonderful. Wanna make that clear up front. I wanted to also mention that, at around 42 mins in, the music gets real loud, to the point that it’s hard to focus on Ame’s spoken introduction. The mix of that scene was more intelligible in the witch’s preview episode, so I think maybe it was redone? I totally understand the nature of tweaking with mixes, but the original preview version was a lot more intelligible. I don’t know if there’s a way to address this, but for me at least, it’s getting in the way of immersion at an important moment.

Even tho I already listened to the previews, it was nice getting my heartbroken again by the introductions of these precious children 🤧❤️
