Re-listening to the children's adventure because of this and holy shit hearing how kind Steel is to all the kids and her conversation with Suvi about her parents' death hits SO different now 😱😬😭. Why do I love this woman so much even though I should probably hate her? 🫣

Part of why i've been so excited about this graphic novel is that i am so excited to introduce one of my favourite stories of all time to people in my life who don't have the time or energy to commit hundreds of hours of their life into this podcast. I can't wait to be able to give my nieces and nephews a copy of this graphic novel so they can finally experience the story! Hopefully we get the entirety of Book 1 in graphic novels down the line

Just saying love the fact that Sir Curran look exactly like Brennan I think that sweet.

I'm gonna preface this by saying, this is a very cool project with great artists who all deserve compensation. That said, I truly wanted to back the kickstarter, and wanted a physical copy because I absolutely hate reading graphic novels in a digital medium, but the shipping to Canada was absolutely *outrageous*. Upwards of 50 CAD. I understand there might not be much that can be done about that, but if it's something the team could think about in the next merch drops, it would be greatly appreciated, and would probaly help a lot of us canadian listeners be able to justify getting your stuff. Again, I can find it in my limited budget to get cool stuff made by cool people that I want to support once in a while. I can't justify one-and-a-halfing or doubling that price to get it to the next country over.

I hope when book one of the prelude finally drops and the kickstarter backers get all their stuff we get a rerelease of some of the old wizard witch and wild one merch!! I'd love to getbthat eursulon plush but i missed the first round 😭😭

You can really tell how excited Erika is to have all of this beautiful prelude translated into a medium they've loved for so long bc it looks like all of the thoughts are exploding in their head and they just kind of have to ride it out and channel the explosion into words as best they can before it obliterates them lmfao

Love this. Cannot wait to see the new depths that this medium brings to an already brilliant story!

WWW campaign is truly like nothing else out there. Given how cinematic it was, I think that it lends itself to adaptation well
