[PUBLIC EPISODE] HINT!: ep3 "Will They, Won't They"
Our interlocutors do as the Romans do and pipe up, sweating through their first interrogation, but Cass finds himself in the cruelest court of all when his paper trail leads the way to new suspicions and old desperations. Not even a nice liberal government can save you from some things, like the smoking, still-warm barrel of a gun.

Flowers and moss growing around his ankles is the most entrancing imagery ever invoked! 🥰
Mint being short for MINTGOMERY took me all the way the fuck out
I don't expect Brennan to know this, but I desperately wanted Cassidy to say he couldn't have done it because it would bar him from inheriting (the "slayer rule" - Riggs v. Palmer 115 N.Y. 506 (1889)) (ie, you can't benefit from the estate if you're directly involved in the murder)
It was a very "one or two feldspars" moment where I was going, '*is* this common knowledge or did law school break my brain', lol
MINTGOMERY???
What's funny, is I actually used to know a family of Greens and I kid you not, the kids were Forrest, Kelly, and Olive. Dog was named Blue. They knew how to stick to a bit
Several people reference this podcast and ‘Task, the spider’ in response to my Crystal Spiders so I had to check it out. I am now fully here for it! I have so much catching up to do (luckily I sit around and craft a lot). I used to play D&D with my dad as a young teen and haven’t been able to in 20 years. This show is amazing and helps fill a little void I didn’t fully realize I had. I’m excited to be here ✨🕷️
I had 100% presumed that Marlene was Dietrich! I didn't realize this was NPC!
omg hint is so freaking great!!! thank you sooooo much!!! i am having the time of my life listening to this!!!
I’m suspicious of every single person, this is amazing!
Wow Brennan, 🫦💅🏻 way to impress a horse-guy with those Shetland Pony facts 😮💨😜…
Brennan taking out the rest of the cast (and the audiencel with the Greene family is worth the price of admission. Mintgomery indeed.
Hmmm my gut is telling me it's either Mrs. White, or that Mr. Body is playing a terrible game with his guest and the body they found is a fake of some sort that he bought with his exorbitant amount of money.
Erika’s portrayal of Mrs Peacock and Ms Scarlett are so fun and endearing. Love hearing them play kooky old ladies lmao
Omg this episode is so impressive. The respectful managing of PTSD (then called shell-shock or battle fatigue), the reference to a liberal government in Germany when we now all know this would have been only a couple years after the bierhallputsch. I know the team is improvising, so it wouldn't really be possible for Erika Ishii to reference Ludendorf or Helferrich in the contracts, but that didn't detract from the scene at all, which is amazing. Dynamite job!
Kelly, Forest, and Mint sent me. Do you think if Cassidy has another daughter, he and Martha will name her Heather?
Kelly, Forest, and Mint Green were already very good and then... Mintgomery...
Really fun ep gang! And i for one am glad to learn that Mr Green and Mrs Chartreuse have a healthy relationship. 😄
As a Kelley I take a bow. I’m dead.
The acoustics of Erika or Abriya smacking Brennan for “mintgomery” was my favorite part of this episode 🤣
Did I hear a snippet of Liszt’s Totentanz at the end of the episode? Nice callback to the candlestick and the Boddies’ love of the composer!
Okay, but is mintgomery named after Louis character in cloudward ho, or is Montgomery named after mint?
Calling it here that I think The Professor was in on it 😭 “That’s an interesting theory.” Was just too sinister lmao
i'm just here to Gasp!
More like Gotchings Home for Cultured Boys, this Green fellow seems to be a bit of a rowdy
He's got the constitution of a revington man!
But Roman plumbing was made of lead, hence the name... Mrs. Peacock is a treasure, and I hope she's some sort of fucked up Timelord we get to see again in the future.
And in Clue, the weapon itself was a lead pipe specifically, iirc
Pausing midway through the ep to shout into the void, fucking MINTGOMERY Green. I'm dead😂
"That's culture! It's a smaller than normal horse!"
Brennan really missed out by not going with Araminta, a real name that can be shortened to to Minty.
Brennan naming things. He can't keep getting away with this!
Mintgomery instead of Araminta was CRAZY work, Brennan
RIP Martha, Mint, Kelley and Forrest Cause of death: Retcon
20:21 🤣 "Why?! Well, that's culture, Claudette! That's Culture!" 😂😂
So much!!!!
MINTGOMERY I AM ROLLING ON THE FLOOR 😂😂😂💚💚💚
the wbn notifications alone instantly improve my day 🍵
Another episode of Hint, another day where I bang the drum about Artlist.io being an AI company. Additionally, it is based in Israel and on top of not wanting my money to taken and spent on the products of a company that actively builds products that seek to put the very people on this podcast out of a job, I also do not want to generate tax dollars for state actively committing a genocide.
Is WBN affiliated with this company?
Tough days, but how bad a day can Clue day be? Thank you all for this
