New app: Power Stages for all cars + Installation

for Installation video time 3:20 : You can delete or just rename the "data.acd" file to something like "data_.acd", and also make sure not to delete your car data folder

v1.0:

- Change your max boost from 0 to 5 bars (not available for naturally aspirated cars yet).

- Change Engine Power Stages from 0 (stock) to 5 (~2.5x).

- Click the "Save data" button, and the boost & power stages will be stored for a specific car in a separate file and loaded with the next game start, so you don't need to set it up repeatedly.

- Live Power, Torque, and Boost values.
