New Monster Girl Poll - Results

So gameplay vise I play it already like a trapper xD so mimic tf with trap abilities would be cool (so full tf) Edit: also on a side note. I love the feature of tfing more when you replicate the monster girl playstyle. If you use drain kiss you start to become one of them. I'd love to see the same for mimics. So maybe mimics don't tf, but give you an item when successful used increase the tf meter like the harpy if you egg someone.

Sphinx could be a Cat Girl evolution (beyond Tiger), if you think about it....or you could do it in the same vein as the Dragon Harpy. I'd at least figure Cat Girl corruptions would count towards a Sphinx TF. For the Lamia, it would be cool if our PC freaks out about suddenly having a cloaca in addition to no legs, further differentiating from their original biology... I didn't vote for the Mimic because it seemed to me like it would be harder to come up with transformations/mechanics for. But if you do it, I'm open minded. I personally voted for both Arachne and Centaur, because those are radical full lower body TFs like the Lamia.

With a mimic, I think a bad end trap is good enough (granted never was a big fan of mimics bc dark souls)

I have some ideas fro the Mimic. I don´t think mimic transformation is needed. Instead it would be cool if the player falls for the mimic treasurechest that it takes the player inside the chest and views a scene but after the chest stays on the player. Gameplay wise Like the player regains a stable stand and runs around with the mimic stil trying to molest the player more. As long as the mimic is still on the player the player won´t get dmg but the player needs to try and let other monstergirls hit him, to remove the mimic that trys to clinge to the player. If the player doesn´t succseed in letting other monstergirls remove the mimic then there can be a game over scene in wich the player gets devoured by the mimic compleately. Could be also another sexy scene to show the bad end. ^^ I just think givingg the player the chance to get ridd of it rather then makeing the mimic automatically ending in a bad end is good for the gameplay. Visual wise I would say the mimic should just look like the item chest but with just a very small different detail. maybe a smal symbol that could be important for the story later cause the mimics actually belong to someone. something like that. For the visual of eating the player I think makeing a scene where the player is devoured only till the players thighs woudl be good, so if the player struggels he can stand back up to his feet. While the mimic remains around waist hight on top of the player. if that makes sense? XD So the player can move a little but still is in danger to be devoured by the mimic. Till other monster girls hit the mimic off of the MC. ye that was just the first idea that came to mind I gona think about it some more maybe I´ll come up with some ideas. Hope you have fun with makeing the game. When I see these votes I always think variety in hscenes first and foremost rather than the monster just looking cool or being a fanfavorite... I feel like Lamia doesn't have a lot to work with.. maybe long tongues?.. maybe doing something possible with a double penis as snakes known to have.. but other than that there's not much.. I didn't end up voting for anything here but lot of these others i'd much rather see. Centaur futa could be really cool- Mimic selfcest could be cool but maybe harder to implement- or maybe be some scenes with your girlfriend back at base... Djinn has potential because magic.. cupid is probably more hypnosis and subconscious suggestion which we already have the ram for that.. Salamander is just... a fire lamia iirc- arachne of course has webs- for the bondage fans.. or maybe egg laying. scorpion and mershark I don't see doing much. Sphinx could be cool- if it comes with a question/riddle mechanic.

Random idea about the mimic : I agree it could be a simple trap-monster girl that doesn't influence your state, but it could also be another species of monster girl with tentacles (slime/octopus girl) hiding wihtin/as a chest on some occasions. Dunno if this idea would fit your vision for the game though ^^ Edit : Good luck on your music :D

I think it´s fine to have a few monster girls who either only give partial transformations (1-2 most standout features), or none at all. Maybe they could be the type to molest and play with the MC, but have no desire to keep them around long-term.

I feel like at this point, with all the monster girls being in the game and being able to transform into said monster girls, adding in monster girls with no transformation will stick out like a sore thumb that'll leave a bitter taste in some people's mouths (myself included as I love the transformation aspect, including the ability changes unique to each transformation). Perhaps if the day comes where a good number of monster girls are ending only it'll be fine, but short term,not so much. Ultimately, we love the work you do on your project, and wish for your success, so I would recommend doing what you think is the best, even if it's not universally beloved.

At the end of the day, you want to deliver a good product that you are happy about. Giving choices is not the same as giving good choices, but at some point I think would be healthy for the project and yourself, to try adding some of those characters you feel insecure about, even if without much atention to them. For the mimic, maybe add them as chests to maps (in tiles without chests or both, would be a design decision), so they catch players that stop on them. They dont need to have an ending, but they would need to be more negative than ghost buff. Maybe hypnosis debuff and all enemies move towards you, maybe it lasts multiple cicles and all enemies move towars you, while you are defense less...

I completely agree on the subject of more unique monster-girls. Yeah, the classics are classic for a reason, and they're great (a goo TF would be interesting!), but sometimes it's nice to indulge in something niche you wish was more popular.

Mimic as a trap does sound quite fun, perhaps different mimics depending on the map/biome?

I think the mimic would be cool if it was an enemy that could catch you off guard if you aren't paying attention to the map. It'd spawn on a map tile with no chest marker and if you fell for it, it'd equip it's own custom living equipment (like the fox's seal but unremovable) and if this happens three times it's game over. Don't know how the transformation would work, but maybe this one is unique and is purely a cursed item equiper. Also I think it doesn't make sense for every item you can get in chests to be some sort of cursed item, and that there should be some normal ones

I hope the lamia comes with some good stuff!!!!! Like maybe there might also be some egg laying in involved with her! Or something hot like that!
