She is indeed difficult, and young, but her title is still “Doctor”. Twice over. The bartender’s use of “Miss” is (intentionally or not) patronizing and rude, particularly when the bartender claims to be well-informed.
Good point. Imagine an older white man w a PhD walking in, like Hannelore’s dad or similar. He’d be called “Dr. ____” immediately.

IMO, if you are drinking for the first time, beer is probably the worst one could consider drinking. Mix her a vodka and raspberry soda. It may lead to regrets later, but at least it won't taste like regrets first.
