That's just her jacket; she's had that for years. The one thing that I've noticed is that she sowed the arms back on that she had ripped off during the time she worked for Corpse Witch, possibly whilst trying to get more into the 'edgy criminal accomplice' psychology.
This is a Noodle Incident Prologue, isn't it? It doesn't matter what Bubbles is going to do with the concrete saw and we'll probably never know. All that matters is that Claire walked into CoD this morning to have her sense of reality profoundly shaken! I guess Faye and Bubbles are adding 'odd-jobbers' to their job descriptions to make up their shortfall!
