Maybe the punk robot wants a bigger pink mohawk? Maybe he has many friends who also want imposing mohawks? Tell you the truth, if I were a robot, I would want a mohawk of sharpened steel and wrist and neck spikes that were part of me. But then, if I really were a robot, I would likely think hair was really weird and kinky, and want hair too.

Did the robot fighting circuit start up again?

B

Not that we know of. Although punchbots frequent need for repair is kinda suggestive in that context

She WAS joking, Bubbles, right up until she looked at her mental balance sheet. Then she realised that you two need a few more four-figure invoice clients!

So, two broke girls, but with style and decency

B
Bagge · October 18, 2018

They can't eat style and decency... Well, Bubbles might.

They need more advertisement

M
Mordaeus · October 18, 2018

Maybe bring in the kid for free sprays if they get work done

Oh god, that phrase "leaving money on the table" gives me flashbacks...

Obviously they need to scale up what work they can get out of the same material. Once they crank that vat open they need more than one pink haired robot to get hair polymerisation. And to pull that off they need to make sure they are the goto place for hair work so they at any time have plenty of robots who might be interested in whatever color they are working on that day. Make it a theme! Advertise! Do haircuts... DANGIT, I WARNED THEM ABOUT BECOMING A BEAUTY SALON!!!

I'm pretty sure repair shop and beauty shop means the same thing for androids.

$101 for materials that you can only use once...for a job they only charged .50% more than the materials used in said job...doesn't seem cost efficient. But, I don't know how businesses usually operate so this might be the norm.

S
Stray · October 18, 2018

i would guess they gave her a bit of discount since she's a friend. But yeah, setting costs for things seems like a difficult part of making your own business

BobC · October 18, 2018

Not a problem: They're just waiting for the LEGAL Robot Fighting League to start. Speaking of which...

J
JD · October 18, 2018

Did they ever finish that penis for Pintsize?

A
Al Hunt · October 18, 2018

The left ball is a Dyson Sphere. It's going to take a while to get the materials.

Perhaps they need to start some word of mouth advertising that they're really VERY non-judgemental about all sorts of kinks and "adjustments" that AIs and bots want.

g
gatherer818 · October 18, 2018

Yeah but they'll probably lose money if they only charge $69 per mod, regardless of the costs. I think there's an OotS about that...

I get the sense Union Robotics is underperforming.

Much like any new business
