My favorite easter egg in Stargate SG-1 was when the huge wrench showed up!

l

I hope at least some kind of report reaches The Librarian about the Woom-machine incident.

By the way has anyone worked out whether Emily now has an actual *job* here, or is she just wandering around poking things? :)

M

A virtuous cycle has begun. A virtuous, destructive cycle!

If only Moray had been wearing a hoody in panel 2, they could have conducted THE RITUAL

Liz's new thesis is how many things actually CAN be fixed by percussive maintenance

U

I'm reminded of that Arrogant Worms song "Malcom". The titular character solves his problems with a chainsaw. And he never has the same problem twice!

M
Mad Marie · September 29, 2026

In the QC universe, she could just as easily have an appointment to meet up with the collider itself.

C
CthonicBelletrist · September 29, 2026

Liz is small enough that any big wrench would look like the buster sword on her.

e
eddi_TBH · September 29, 2026

A big effing wrench solves almost as many problems as a big effing hammer. I speak from experience.

M
Mad Marie · September 29, 2026

I've tried an effing hammer and I don't recommend it. Horrible way to get nailed.

J

Emily has a meeting with the Particle Collider Group? This is how the universe ends, right?

Hey, to each their own; and I'm not one to judge. But I'd prefer a No. 7 spanner in the works any day of the week.

Is anyone else questioning why Moray was connected to the Director in such a was that her color was being affected by the app? I thought Moray was completely separate from the Director

M
MegasChara · September 29, 2026

I dunno, her siblings seem to be able to communicate wirelessly somewhat with the Director, even if it's just a fetch operation. Also, remember that our Moray was given a message to personally give to Yay, even after she was glooped out a long time before. One would assume that message was also transmitted wirelessly, given her reticence to rejoin the Director.
