"Stupid Saturdays"... great slogan!
He sure seems pink to me? Also "flesh" is not a color.... a range of colors, maybe?
Oh. Is Winslow pink again? I thought he had turned flesh-colored, after seeing May. I'm confused.....
That was an error. Never happened. Not the droid you are looking for.
Will May ever see her glass as half-full?
God dammed Clinton was creepy
May, there's a difference between earning (Hannelore's dad earned his fortune by making advances in AI and robotics (<a href="http://www.questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=1902" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">HE INVENTED THE ROBOT HAMSTER</a>)) and taking (Hannelore's mother is <a href="http://www.questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=917" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">less beneficent</a>). Yes, Winslow has a better lot in life than May, thanks to Hanners, but he is not shoving it in her face (at least not intentionally). That being said, I can also understand where May is coming from. At work during my lunch break, a couple of workmates were talking about home buying and mortgages and that, whereas me and my family can not afford to ever buy because we are stuck in the rental trap. It made me feel really inadequate, even though these people did not have much more "privilege" than I do.
If it's any consolation (probably not) there are still lots of folks caught in the "underwater mortgage" trap, where their mortgage is higher than their house is worth. :-/
Hannelore is really rich, right? What if she buys a chassis for May because she feels bad?
For people with less, that is on par with counting your fortune in front of them, then buying them lunch. You might feel you've done something good, but instead they are left feeling inadequate. May would be left feeling "indebted" to Hannelore, even if it was truly a gift, and would probably hate her for it too. And would likely despise herself for not being "enough" to earn it.
AWWW poor Winslow! And poor sad May.
Hot Gulp -- is that coffee served at 210 degrees Fahrenheit, spiced with Ghost Chile Peppers, to a Scoville rating of about a trillion? And what kind of container can you serve that in where the container isn't dissolved by the liquid?
The dissolving container is part of the drink.
I mean she's not wrong, Hanners is 0.1% rich. That chassis was probably pricey and Winslow literally had the pick of the store.
And, if something breaks, he won't have to prostitute himself to Pintsize to pay for black market repairs.
Wonder if this is how a typical pet dog/stray dog interaction goes
I would like to attend Stupid Saturday
I worry that I make this kind of unintentional dick move sometimes. (Meaning Winslow's)
Then, you could try thinking about other's perspectives sometimes. However, we all do this kind of things at some point. As a whole we need to learn to be more empathic and forgiving.
But, really, what has me dismayed is the absence of the shippers. SHIPPERS!?! HELLO!?!
Dismay?
It's hard but other people may not have had the same experience as you and what you may see as a fun novalty my stab at another's insecurities. A good thing to remember
May must have gotten some other bad news, this doesn't seem like something that would normally bother her
Really? We've seen her shitty hardware be a point of contention for her in the past.
Well, May was far less profane than I thought she would be...
She likes him.
Oh May.
HOT GULP
I want a Hot Gulp right now...
She's the worst! 😤
But she has a point
