What’s Included in the Current Patreon Version?

Hey everyone!

I figured it might be useful to give free members a quick overview of what’s currently available in the Patreon version of Basemental Drugs compared to the public release.

At of October 2026, Patreon members have access to:

• 💊 Drug Parties

  • 5 new social events (parties)

  • Rewards and interactions for all parties

  • Can be found under Social Gathering on phone

  • Drug related rewards for gold, silver and bronze

• 💬 Reactions and Drug Talk

  • 10 new social interactions under the Drug Talk pie menu

  • Conversation outcomes that reflect Sims’ traits and past drug experiences

  • New buffs for both Sims taking part in these conversations

  • Improved reactions when teens are caught smoking, including their emotional response and being sent to their room

  • Sims can notice lingering smoke from nearby rooms, even through walls

  • Incense and scented candles can clear lingering smoke smell

  • Improvement of how Sims who like the smell of tobacco react to secondhand smoke

Plus all of the usual fixes and smaller improvements that have been added since the current public release, as well as the always integrated and updated Eco Hacks feature.
