Oh man, love the ramones and you guys talking about them. Great ep as always
Not to be that guy who suggests movies, but I'd love to have you guys do Gotcha! at some point. It's that '85 flick with Anthony Edwards and Linda Fiorentino, where Edwards plays a college student who's good at sneaking up on people and shooting them with paintballs (and is always trying to get laid) and meets Fiorentino in Paris and he fucks her but she ends up being KGB. GREAT poster for that one. the video store in my neighborhood kept that thing up for years.
Sometimes I read the comments and I think man not a lot here. Fuck I just added more not a lot. I apologize.
Do The Shadow (94)! Everyone would have fun.
Please skynet do me right!
On book 5 DCC. Can’t wait for the TV show and to see who gets cast.
Man i haven’t seen it, but I refuse to believe Ready player one movie wasn’t an improvement over the book, the absolute worst piece of shit I’ve ever read.
Oh yes, much worse…Ready player one the movie was a bad time.
I can’t believe how many times I just hit forward 15 seconds for the End of Oak st talk
Yeah, and did not expect a major spoiler in the Rock n Roll High School section after I’d skipped like 10 minutes earlier in the podcast
In an incredibly odd coincidence, Magnolia announced this morning that End Of The Century is getting a 4K remaster with a theatrical run.
I saw the Ramones live in 89 at City Gardens in Trenton. It was a dump that every punk band played at. It was awesome. It was jam packed, hot as hell since there was no AC, and my friend got his nose broke in the mosh pit.
I was at that show! I thought it would be funny if I threw my guitar picks onto the stage. Johnny saw me do it and just shrugged. The pit was always violent at City Gardens, but Trenton has since cleaned itself up.
I finally pulled the trigger on DCC. I didn't know what it was but heard a lot of fancy nerds hyping it up. I had a 20 hour flight to Australia and I bought it on kindle. I finished the first 4 books in 2 weeks. It's corny and light, not great literary prose but a really nice dopamine hit with all the D&D shit. I love the loot boxes and spell descriptions and stuff... basically all the bold text shit. Reminds me of fun times as a kid. And the books do get crazier as they progress. Bigger stakes, etc. Definitely worth the read.
Letterman’s social media person still killing it https://youtu.be/qMwdr142poE?is=sDrNqJ3mixWPxKuF
Ben's slutty little shorts.
entering his thighger era. wolf and quaritch tattoos incoming.
Don’t know if this applies in the US but in the UK or EU there’s some legal framework for getting DRM free digital files of your audible library if the boiz are looking to get off audible
Every house I ever scored drugs at in the 90’s had some sort of reptile. The smell of dead iguana stays with you.
God, I haven’t heard anyone else talk about that SNL time machine sketch but I think about it regularly. I think it was Rob Morrow and he grabs a bunch of condoms before going through the machine.

this one can be infuriating if you know a lot about ramones😂 still here for it though fellas❤️
I highly recommend the Frederick Wiseman High School documentaries, one from 1968 the other from 1994. As the kids would say, they’re pretty neat. RIP Dolly. And RIP Tim Curry. We are losing legends by the day. Boyz should do Rocky Horror Picture Show in tribute.
DCC TV show in the works along with a stormlight archives show. Us dorks are eatin' good.
