🦠 My HSV-1 absolutely wrecked my nose with blisters while I was more ill. I wanna do a "Health & Wellness" post to talk about some things, including HSV-1 a.k.a. oral herpes, my chronic low blood glucose and the mild to not-so-mild hypoglycemia I live with. I love these tracks so much that I modded Skyrim to remove the battle music trigger so that the peaceful music never gets interrupted while out and about. Who needs music triggers for danger? 💀 A friend asked me why I do this (their words) and if I think the parasites masquerading as human beings care about rational responses to their asinine, inhumane bullshit (my words). I explained that it's not about the individual or even if they're a real person, it's about standing up to and pushing back against a very public hatemongering and anti-intellectual/anti-reality agenda. I explained that over the past who knows how many years, that a majority of legitimate scientists, academics, and medical professionals, etc., ignored the anti-science, anti-medical, anti-intellectual, anti-rational, asinine bullshit that people have been spreading, partially because they thought that no one was so ignorant to believe it. Now we're facing a tsunami of anti-intellectualism backed by theist extremists and fascist governments who are being empowered by the same people who are spreading and believing the shit, who are themselves being funded by those same fascist governments and theist extremist organizations. "Now" they're stepping up, but "now" might already be too late without a willingness to censure and censor debunked anti-intellectual bullshit. In other words, those who aren't maliciously ignorant, allowed maliciously ignorant people to mind-fuck everyone else, and now they're trying to pick up the pieces. In other words, I don't see enough rational anti-theist/anti-religion folks out here, so I'm unwilling to shut up and sit down.
