🤝🏻 If anyone knows anyone who works at Electronic Arts or EAxis (Maxis), tell them to holler at me. I will fix EAxis CAS for free - partially because I have no way for them to pay me for remote work, and because I just want CAS fixed officially.
👩🏻💻 All I need is a remote hookup to a workstation and access to the tools (and a manual for those tools) and I will perfect CAS for everyone. I don't need no "orientation", I can already sit straight... when I want to.
👹 I'm being very serious. I will also agree to not drag EAxis for their incompetence ON THE DAYS that I am working remotely - and only on those days. All I ask is that they spell my name correctly when they thank me.
💰 I don't need no "Partnership Program", but if they want me to shill their "Promo Code" I'm fine doing that - at least Simmers will have a discount when buying their half-arsed trash.

Psshhh "no experience"? Nah just zhuzh up the resume a bit. Your position of "independent sims content creator and bug fixer" can be presented very seriously! Lots of experience you can elaborate on. Even call it a volunteer role.
Real talk - if you have one of the EApartners on your membership list, they might be able to get the name of someone. Alternately if you have someone that would be willing to look at their LinkedIn to see who they know 1st or 2nd hand, that might also be your in.

I have my moments, I know. 😹 I'll be polite if I decide to reach out on EA Forums or social media... then link to this public post. 😹 Something needs to give, we can't keep going on like this. Is no wonder they need a full-time Technical Director. If I had those qualifications, I'd pack up my !@#$ and find myself in Canada so we could try to get this game as close to perfection for everyone on all platforms before the company is bought out.
