⚙️ This is nothing fancy. It's a basic edit of the Barbie bottoms. There's nothing 18+ going on under those TIGHTS... those TIGHTS that I'm about to CASC into BOTTOMS again with my new mesh! Mwahahaahahahaaa!
🚚 So... Share as a modding resource for anyone who wants it? This will work for stuff like Leggings, Underwear, and Bikini Bottoms, etc.

round two of "oh thank FUCK this has been driving me nuts forever but I had no idea if it could be fixed or how to do it" time. I was about ready to throw my laptop out the window the next time I had a skirt or dress that looked like it laid perfectly on a masc frame sim only to turn them to the side and see The Bulge™
😹 This isn't that though. What you're describing, if I'm reading correctly, is the crotch deformity that occurs when wearing clothes that don't match your Physical Frame, and the only way to fix that is by "converting" the item to the opposite Physical Frame a.k.a. a whole bunch of Blendering. My anonymous Blenderific friend showed me how to convert clothes across ages (which is more or less the same process for sexes), I've just still not had the time to do it. This mesh edit just flattens the sharp "peak" visible on the groin of the Feminine Bottom mesh that's used for the Nude body part and most underwear and swimwear.
