☢️ This is the most glaring issue in EP16_Lovestruck CAS. How is it not fixed yet?

THIS IS A RANT. YOU'RE WELCOME TO IGNORE IT. I'M JUST IRRITATED BECAUSE I ASSUMED THIS !@#$ING PAIR OF UNDERWEAR WAS FIXED BY NOW.

I am almost certain that I spent THREE (3) days back in July detailing every issue with EP16's CAS for AHQ...

The GDrive folder has SIXTY-EIGHT (68) screenshots in it.

The first thing I pointed out were these underwear. It's even the cover image I used for my CAS Overrides.

⋆⋅ IT'S A SIMPLE PARTFLAG FIX:

Open "yfBottom_EP16UnderwearTrim" and remove the RESTRICT OPPOSITE GENDER flag.

Open "ymBottom_EP16UnderwearTrim" and remove the RESTRICT OPPOSITE GENDER flag, and remove the female GENDER flag, et voila, job's done!

AM I MISTAKEN THAT EP16_LOVESTRUCK IS STILL A PREMIUM PACK THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR?

IT SURE LOOKS LIKE WE STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.

HOW DOES A COMPANY JUSTIFY SELLING A BROKEN PRODUCT THAT THEY KNOW IS BROKEN, AND WHY ARE PEOPLE STILL BUYING IT, FOR !@#$'S SAK- woosah...

It's all well and good that EAxis finally pulled their head out of their arse with EP17_LifeAndDeath's PartFlags and trashed ROGender (for the most part), but what about the other NINTY (90) packs that they're still selling and making a profit from?

From our end, it takes a while to override these flags - certainly not as long as it's currently taking for me to finish EP17 though - but EAxis has different tools, or I assume they have different tools, and aren't using Sims4Studio, are they?

I imagine that EAxis could pull up a list of every CAS Top, Bottom and Full Body item, flip a switch, and nuke ROGender into oblivion. That alone would solve a lot of our issues with clothing.

I'm gonna start that BG_BaseGame CAS Override this new year.

Some things are real easy to fix and there's absolutely ZERO !@#$ING EXCUSE FOR WHY THEY'RE STILL BROKEN.

Electronic Arts is an estimated $38.76 BILLION dollar company - yes, it dropped a bit.

What excuse are we making for them?

Is it time?

Is it money?

Is it manpower?

Are they still figuring it out?

Is it perhaps rocket science?

⋆⋅ PUTTING SIMS4STUDIO ON THE SPOT:

If Sims4Studio - with all due respect - pulled their head out of their arse and gave us batch fixes for ROGender and ROFrame, it would make life so much !@#$ing easier. That can't be out of the realm of possibilities, can it?

What is Sims4Studio's excuse for the lack of Batch Fixes?

They've been at this longer than me.

They should understand why the feature request was made.

We have numerous well-known creators who don't ROGender or ROFrame their CAS custom content for the same !@#$ing reason I override and remove these flags, so what gives? <INSERT COY QUESTION ABOUT TRANSPHOBIA HERE>

Y'know what pissed me off about those two recent Creator Kits?

A statement was made - "we won".

It was made in relation to the CAS items looking fine on "transframe" sims, IIRC - yet our bodies are still broken for as long as these underwear have been broken.

Ignoring the Bloat™ - which I absolutely loathe - what the !@#$ did we win exactly?

Oh! I know what we won!

We won an "underwear bug" which turned out to be so much worse than a simple "underwear bug" that EAxis can't be arsed to fix yet.
