This description wasn't misleading at all. It only needed tweakin':

This removes the ELDER Walk Style from Live Mode and CAS.
It is not a toggle or a switch. As long as this is in your Mods folder, elders will use "the same" Default Walkstyle that other sims use when Default Walkstylin'.
I don't need my elders looking droopy and miserable. I needed shorter teens.

The animation used in CAS for Elder sims with the Default Walkstyle is controlled by the CAS ASM (Animation State Machine). I initially forgot that CAS animations are usually independent of Live Mode animations, which means I can totes "AnimOvrd" this 🐝!

This exists from other creators in some form - I'm sure I saw something from Sims4Me - but this is not an XMODTko. I started this while I was creating the [EP08] Mobility Assistance Platform (M.A.P.), after figuring out how to modify Walkstyle resources.

There's likely a less "intrusive" way to do this, but I couldn't be arsed to find it at the time. I just wanted the elder walk style gone. 😹
