I haven't done one of these in a while, and I've only ever done one before. I might comment on the look of the items but I'm mainly concerned about PartFlags and Bloatβ’.
This ain't a Sims Community review or a YouTube Content Creator review. I ain't here to gush.
I've read a lot of fluff concerning these Creator Kits. EP17 wasn't a PartFlag disaster like almost every content release that came before, so I'm holding onto a shred of hope.

Okay, I'll gush just a lil bit.
I like the nails. Is cute!
I like cutesy, colorful things. I always have, and I've never been ashamed to admit it.
I know Trillyke. No, not like that. πΉ Trillyke is one of my favorite custom content creators. I have a limited amount of custom content from third-party creators in my game and Trillyke is one of them. IIRC, they're also listed in my very outdated "TS4 Community Appreciation" post... or whatever I named it - I need to update that post.
That don't mean I'm about to go easy on this Kit though...

EAxis can (and have, in the past) screw up these PartFlags post-release.
No improper ROGender flags means "transframe" sims like mine aren't being artificially limited to what CAS items we have access to, and it also means we're not being locked into wearing CAS items made for the opposite Physical Frame.
The following bit took SEVEN (7) MONTHS to officially resolve, but we're fixed, for now.
With the ongoing corrupted Deformer Maps breaking all of our bodies fiasco that EAxis refuses to resolve officially, improper ROGender flags would render CAS items unwearable.
I'll still CAS Override SP56 because I'm better at PartFlags than EAxis, and no, that's not my ego talking.
I'm better at PartFlags than some of our custom content creators too, including the folks over at Sims4Studio. Yes, I am throwing β because I have asked for, and explained why I'd like BATCH FIXES added for these PartFlags and... <SHRUGS>.
The responses I've seen to other simmers who asked in the past for BATCH FIXES for "Restrict Opposite Gender" and "Restrict Opposite Frame" are either misinformed or biased... A.K.A. transphobia. Who knows really! Me, I'm all-inclusive. I just want the game to work for everyone.

Bloatβ’ is worse than improper PartFlags because I can't fix Bloatβ’, yet.
Bloatβ’ means I ain't ever gonna wear it, no matter how cute or sexy it is.
I give exactly ONE (1) CAS item a pass, and that's the BASE GAME FULL BODY Sleepwear shirt. It only gets a pass because I love how it looks with the cute Sleepwear bunny slippers. Nothing else gets a pass, ever. Okay fine, maybe Hamtaro will get a pass.
Anyone can argue that what I refer to as "Bloatβ’" is meant to be "baggy clothing", but I will counter with "it looks ATROCIOUS on Female and Feminine Frame sims who do not have the tiniest waist possible, and I have the screenshots to prove it."
I do not care what it's "meant to be", I care how it looks when we wear it.
I am not the first person to complain about it and I am not going to change the shape of my sim's waist to accommodate bad design.

I took a bunch of screenshots before realizing "Capture UI" was disabled.
IGNORE the blank image on the end if you're seeing it. I have no idea what's happening there. I think it's a duplicate of a fingernail screenshot. The internet might be back but it ain't really workin' right.
