1.19b Release - OP05 Bug Fixes

1.19a introduced a ton of new bugs! Between the new Sabo/Rosinante code breaking every 'KO' effect in the game, and a change that caused Onigashima and Galley-La to no longer work, I was getting over 100 bug reports a day for the duration of 1.19a! On top of that I've moved to a new house in the last week, so it's been a little hectic! But here it is: 1.19b with hopefully actual working OP05 matches!

Bug Fixes (General)

 * Every ability that KOs a target or prevents KOs should once again work properly

 * Card effects that require resting themselves but then are automatic (such as Onigashima and Galley-La stages) will once again work properly

Bug Fixes (Card Specific)

 * ST10-009 Jean Bart should now be able to use Incoming Don from abilities like OP05-074 Kid

 * OP04-042 Ipponmatsu can no longer buff any character

 * OP04-084 Stussy no longer requires an extra click to finish searching

 * OP05-073 Miss Doublefinger's OnPlay ability should now trash instead of Don Minus

 * OP05-074 Kid no longer breaks the game if both players have to return a Don

 * OP05-078 Punk Rotten now has its Activate: Main ability

 * OP05-087 Hakuba no longer breaks the game

 * OP05-098 Enel Leader no longer breaks the game if hit by a double attack when his last remaining life has a Trigger
