EXCLUSIVE: Billy & Nanny Goat Keychains (#113)

Hi everyone!

We spent the first half of September on an action-packed vacation, which led to a brief pause between drops. But we’re back in full swing now, with three releases lined up before the end of the month!

Our first September drop is an exclusive set celebrating the symbol of 2027: the Billy & Nanny Goat keychains.

This design continues our series of models featuring magnetic grip. The design features a rotating head and an articulated 3-segment body that can stand balanced on its hind legs.

Design Options & Variations:

1) Type: Keychain or Toy (Standalone Figurine).

2) Characters:

• Billy Goat: Signature beard and long horns.

• Nanny Goat: Beardless, with cute, compact horns.

3) Expressions: Standard (closed mouth) and Happy (smiling).

4) Front Paws:

• V1: Resting naturally against the body.

• V2: Item-holding legs (for magnetic grip)

Accessory: A head of cabbage.

3MF Print Profiles (Bambu Studio)

We’ve prepared two multi-color 3MF presets: White and Black & White.

Each project file includes 4 organized build plates:

• Plate 1: All Billy variations.

• Plate 2: All Nanny variations.

• Plate 3: Item-holding versions (V2) with hidden slots for 6×3 mm neodymium magnets and a built-in print pause (optimized for a 0.2 mm layer height).

• Plate 4: A curated selection of 8 Billy & Nanny variations featuring detailed horizontal pupils and painted lip lines on the Standard heads.

Notes from our test prints:

Pupils & Lips (Plate 4): The horizontal goat pupils turned out crisp and clean! Feel free to use our painted profile as a guide to color the other heads.

Color Bleed Warning: Pink lips on the all-white model came out great, but on the Black & White version, darker inner walls/infill can slightly bleed through thin white cheeks.

5–6 Color Prints with 4 Slots (Manual Spool Swaps):

We achieved 5–6 colors using mid-print filament swaps at specific layer heights:

• Horns were printed in gray, then that spool was swapped for black to finish the pupils and hooves.

• Once the pink inner ears finished printing, that slot was swapped for orange—letting us print both green and orange eyes on the white version in a single run.
