I'm so pleased that Tim's take on the microcephalus branch of his ex-readers who voiced homophobic statements about Lucas was to double, triple and quadruple down. If there's any of y'all left. When did you choose to be straight?
Oh thank goodness, I thought Ben was going to take having an arrow pointed at him worse, but he sees Lucas was just trying to protect him 💜
I interpreted that as him just using it as a light, since it was smaller than normal arrows. I was worried about it at first, too.
This is a fantastic page. Ben's mindset is all too common in people when trauma is psychological instead of physical. Lucas has the perfect response for it.
My instinctive response to the last bubble: "uh oh..."
Fortunately my instincts are easily wrong... 😏
