I’ve never actually watched green wing but I am truly thankful I’ve got to watch it with you both- don’t think I’d have enjoyed it on my own, not sure how that makes sense but I prefer to watch with an audience! I love the reactions and thrive off them, thanks for introducing me to this!

Count yourself lucky that you only have to wait a few days until you can watch the next episode. When this episode aired in 2004, fans of the show like me had to wait 17 months before season 2 finally aired!

The mistake means 2 in one day. Luxury. I just watched episode 8 and seeing the reactions without hearing them, i was trying to lip read. When the other 'Jackie' appeared, i looked at you faces. A Joy. And the head bang on the desk. Mark Heap is a legend. He once appeared in a Bond film 'Octopussy' , as a street juggler, uncredited. He used to do a juggling act in real life.

Think my fave character has to be Gui, obvs seen him as 'Dan' but honestly had no idea he was this good of a comedy actor. His bits in the opening of the last ep were 🔥 well and throughout. I'm one of the newbies to this show and truly loving it, can't believe I hadn't seen it before. For me, I'd put it right up there with The Office and I'm Alan Partridge. 👌

Emily is not a newcomer. We’ve seen her a few times earlier. Do you remember the woman Guy was telling a sob-story to, and ended on ‘I should try that again on someone with smaller teeth’? That was her.

The little Narration he does to Mac when about to film him and Joanna in bed is so good "right you Ginger fucking freak " 😅😅😅

If I may make a suggestion, Mike - when you start a new show just backlog two or three episodes. e.g. still start watching 1 per week but don't start posting until the third week Nobody will know, and when shit goes wrong (which it will sometimes for everyone) there's no panic, you've got extra episodes to post — you won't have to rush to record something new. And it also gives you time to re-do a watchalong during that week if you want and post it later without much stress. Yes, you have a schedule setup here, but I don't think anyone wants you guys to feel pressure like you've got a deadline to meet every week. You've got a family and your own shit going on in life, that comes first. Plus we wouldn't want you to be reacting while overly stressed, tired etc. that's no fun for anyone. Keep it FUNKAY x

Episode 8 was my favourite and episode 9 ruined the whole show for me. going forward. So to me the show is only 8 episodes long, such a shame the best episode had the mic problem.

Also, fun fact: You said 'how do they keep a straight face around Alan Statham?' You'll notice that Caroline is in barely any scenes with him. This is because the actress (Tamsin Greig) burst out laughing whenever she was around him (the great Mark Heap). They wrote the story to try and include those two together as little as possible. So glad you're both enjoying it. Such a beautiful mess of sharp dialogue, phsyical comedy, madcap characters and bizarre plotlines. Looking forward to watching S2 with you both. I cant quite remember how it finishes :)

Mike, I agree with a lot of the other viewers. Yourself and Jess deserve some time off. Have a month off or something. Your day to day work and Family time is Waaayy more important than entertaining us folk across the pond. I certainly hope you feel better, take all the time you need.

we had to wait 18 months for series 2, thankfully they didn’t leave us hanging forever like the Italian job. green wing and coupling are my 2 favourite comedies from my youth, laugh so much its hard to breath. you guys take a break sometime! we can wait.

Don't ever apologise for being human, when it's for that very reason so many of us are here with you, rather than elsewhere. There are other reactors who do some similar content, but to be frank, they come across as very false and phoney - This is not the case with you. You always come across as people who are worth knowing. This I think is why some viewers may seem pushy, because it all comes down to the fact we love your company.

Mike and Jess. I joined your Patreon over a year ago, and I've never been one to push my opinions about which shows you ought to react to. However, Green Wing was one of the very few that I did, and boy oh boy am I glad you gave it a go. This show is just a gem of comedy, and at the time it came out was not seen by anywhere near enough people. I believe that you have both laughed harder and way more often at this show than any other. Roll on Series 2, because it is the gift that keeps on giving.

What a great day! 2 uploads of Green Wing?!! I know the previous was without your audio, which was a shame as it was a great episode, but we could still see you laughing along at certain parts :) I enjoyed watching it again alongside your faces anyway. Plus you gave a recap on your reaction at the top of this one. Really no harm done. I'm happy to get a double upload today. And this finale was soooo good! :D The way sh*t hits the pan at the end and the utter chaos that ensues is so good. I love this show so much. I'm torn because I wanted it to last longer but also it's best because it was kept short. So much content squeezed into each series, for sure. Looking forward to series 2 plus the final special (mandatory as it wraps things up, kind of). Stay well!

To be honest, last reaction wasn't even that bad because you are so emotive. Still had a good time even in silence. Mistakes happen, we are all human. Nobody is perfect. This show gets overlooked so much in polls and stuff and its their loss. Mark Heap & Michelle Gomez are just gifts that keep on giving. Truly the best actors.

I've been watching you both for a long while on YouTube and in recent times signed up on Patreon as you both make me laugh and get a little teary eyed if I'm honest - you are both extremely generous in terms of giving of yourselves - heart and soul - if you know what I mean, which can only make your subscribers feel good about themselves. I have Epilepsy for which I'm on medication constantly and of course this undoubtedly has an effect on mental health -,I'm 59 and have struggled with it over the years - getting quite low at some points - but I sought help which was extremely helpful. Similarly to you Mike, I also have a wonderfully supportive Wife as you have in Jess and she recognises signs in me and picks me up. I know I'm writing too much, but all I wanted to say was that so many people support you and would totally understand if you had a month off - a nice rest will do you the world of good - the last thing you need and us subscribers is you having a burn out! Take good care of yourselves

Mikes happiness is paramount. Not even a question. I want to see a happy, clever, acerbic, funny Mike… than someone who is under pressure to perform. Mike and Jess work ethic is amazing.
